Consequent upon the directions of Hon’ble High Court in CWP No’s 3371/2019 along with CWP No’s 1864,1995,2020,2096,2100,2103,2104,2105,2106,3558,3579,3712,3854 and 3867 of 2019 and the clarification received from the requisitioning authority, the following 11 candidates are recommended for the post of Radiographer ( post code-585) from the waiting panel as under:-
The recommendation be sent to the Director Health Services Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-9 in response to his office letter No Swa-NI(1)Kh(2)27/91 dated 19.03.2021 for further necessary action, keeping in view the Hon’ble High Court directions and observations of the Commission regarding breakup of withdrawn posts and merit of the recommended vs non recommended candidates placed in the waiting panel (Annexure I & II)) under consideration
