AIIMS Bilaspur Faculty (Group-A) Interview Schedule 2024

Subject: – Interview schedule along with instructions for the Recruitment of Faculty Posts in various departments on regular/ deputation/ contract basis at AlIMS Bilaspur, H.P.

B. Instructions for Document Verification & Interview: . Candidates shall have to produce the following original documents for verification and submit one set of self-attested copy at the time of document verification.
1. Birth Certificate or Matriculation Certificate (Proof for Date of Birth).
2. U.G./P.G./D.N.B./D.M./M.Ch. Degree/Ph.D. Degree Certificates.
3. Permanent Medical Registration Certificate from respective Central/ State Council (for medical candidates).
4. Registration of Additional Medical Qualification from respective Central/ State Council.
5. Teaching/Research experience certificate after obtaining requisite qualifications.
6. Caste Certificate – Other Backward Class – Non-Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL)/ Schedule Caste (SC)/ Schedule Tribe (ST)/ EWS (Certificate applicable)/ PwBD. Candidates claiming reservation should produce certificates in support as per the latest guidelines by the Govt. of India.
7. If the candidate is working in Govt./ Semi. Govt./Autonomous Bodies/ PSUs at present, he/she has to produce an original copy of No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer to the effect that the parent department does not have any objection to his/ her appearing in the interview for the above said post. The concerned candidates are advised not to come without NOC for the interview, as no such candidates will be allowed to appear for the interview without NOC under any circumstances.
8. If at any stage, it is found that candidate is not fulfilling eligibility criteria for the post or any declaration given or information furnished by the candidate proves to be false or if found to have willfully suppressed any material information, candidate shall be removed from interview/ service and any other action as deemed necessary by the Institute may be initiated.
9. Provisionally Eligible Candidate shall have to submit the deficit documents as per eligibility criteria at the time of document verification.
10. The candidate who has not submitted a Power Point Presentation and Career Graph at the time of submission of google form they have to submit Power Point Presentation and Career Graph as per given format as PPT/ PPTX and docx respectively (Refer Annexure-I & II) with the name and applied post by e-mail to [email protected] on or before 15.07.2024 till 05:00 PM.
11. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the interview.
12. Change in the interview Date, Venue is not possible and no such request will be entertained.
13. The Interview will be conducted in Physical Mode only. No request will be entertained for virtual/ online mode under any circumstances.
