AIIMS Bilaspur is an apex health care Institute, established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India under the “Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY)” with the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level health care in the country and attaining self-sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education and training. - The above vacancies are provisional and subject to variation. The Executive Director, AIIMS, Bilaspur reserves the right to make any changes in the vacancies including reserved vacancies as per the Govt. of India Rules/Circulars and requirements or otherwise.
- 4% of the vacancies are horizontally reserved for PwBD candidates as notified vide Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment’s notification number No. 38-16/2020-DD-III dated 04- 1-2021 and as amended from time to time will be applicable.
- Reservation will be as per Government of India guidelines issued from time to time issued on the subject.
- The cut-off date to determine the maximum age limit, essential qualification & experiences will be the last date of submission of online application i.e., .
- The period of experience wherever prescribed shall be counted after obtaining the prescribed essential qualifications.

Selection Procedure:-
1.The prescribed qualification is minimum and mere possessing the same does not entitle any candidate to be called for interview or for selection. Based on bio-data, the Screening Committee may short-list candidates for interview. If large numbers of eligible candidates apply for any post, then the Competent Authority may hold a screening test to shortlist candidates for interview. Candidates called for interview will have to produce all relevant original documents in proof of details furnished in their application at the time of interview. They may also be asked to submit an affidavit/declaration as decided by AIIMS, Bilaspur at the time of Interview. The methodology of Selection will be decided by the Selection Committee as deemed fit besides any other matter related to the selection process.
2. The applications and documents of the shortlisted candidates only will be scrutinized w.r.t. the applicable recruitment rules of the concerned post to decide his/ her eligibility for the post. Accordingly, based on scrutiny of applications & documents of the shortlisted candidates an ELIGIBILITY NOTICE will be published on Institute’s website.
3. Only the eligible candidates/ shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/written examination. However, the same would be provisional subject to fulfillment of all requirements failing which he/she will not be allowed to appear for interview.
4. Interview letters/Admit card will be sent by post/ through email ID and the complete interview/written examination schedule will also be made available on website also.
5. The interview with the Selection Committee is mandatory for which the candidate has to appear personally and physically. No request for online interview i.e. through electronic media viz. Skype/Viber etc. will be accepted and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
6. The decision of the competent authority regarding selection of candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard.
7. The date and time for interview/written examination will be intimated to the eligible/shortlisted candidates only and the same will also be published on the AIIMS’ website (https://www.aiimsbilaspur.edu.in). The information regarding eligibility/short listing of candidates will be published in AIIMS-Bilaspur official website only.
8. The selected candidates will be issued appointment letters. The appointment of selected candidates is subject to his/her being declared medically fit by the competent authority
General Instructions:-
1.The Executive Director, AIIMS Bilaspur reserves the right to reschedule the above date, time and venue for the selection.
2. The candidates must ensure that they fulfill eligibility criteria. If at any stage, it is found that the candidate has furnished any incorrect information his/her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcoming (s) is/are detected even after the appointment, his/her services will be summarily terminated.
3. The Executive Director, AIIMS Bilaspur reserve the right to cancel the advertisement at any point of time without prior notice or fill up less number of posts as advertised depending upon the institutional requirements.
4. Those who are working in Central/State Government/ /Semi Government/ Autonomous body have to submit “No Objection Certificate” from their respective organization at the time of interview, failing which the candidature may be rejected. 5. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Interview/Examination.
6. Leave entitlement of the appointee shall be governed as per the existing rules of the Institute.
7. The appointee shall be entitled to avail any allowances/facilities being extended to the regular/permanent employees of the AIIMS.
8. All disputes will be subject to jurisdictions of Court of Law at Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh.
