Examination Notice for the posts of Registrar, Store Keeper, Stenographer, Lower Division Clerk and Library Attendant Grade-II
It is for information of all the candidates who have applied in response to Advertisement No.PGI/RC/019/2021/158 dated 13.01.2021 issued by the PGIMER, Chandigarh for recruitment to the posts of Registrar, Store Keeper, Stenographer, Lower Division Clerk and Library Attendant Grade-II of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh that on behalf of AIIMS, Bilaspur, the PGIMER, Chandigarh will be conducting the Online Computer Based Test (CBT) for the above said posts on Thursday, the 18th November 2021. The CBT for the above said posts will be held in Chandigarh/Mohali, Delhi/NCR, Hamirpur and Shimla in three shifts as under:-
Each question will carry one (01) mark, there will be negative marking to the extent of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. The exact details regarding roll number, venue of examination, time for entry in the test centre and other terms and conditions to be followed by the candidates during the said examination will be mentioned on the Admit Cards which will be available for downloading by the candidates w.e.f. 10.11.2021 on the website of the PGIMER, Chandigarh i.e. www.pgimer.edu.in for which the user ID and password will be sent on the registered mobile number and e-mail ID of the candidates. The PGIMER, Chandigarh has made all possible efforts to allocate test centres in the cities preferred by candidates. However due to technical, logistic reasons including non-availability of sufficient number of nodes in examination centres or candidates in that city etc., candidates have been allocated examination centres in above-mentioned cities. In cases, where a candidate has applied for more than one post, efforts will be made to allocate him/her the same examination centre/city for all 2 posts. No request for change of examination centre will be entertained. As such, the candidates are to make their travel arrangements in advance accordingly. The candidates are also informed that the result for shortlisting of the candidates on the basis of the said online examination (Computer Based Test) will be declared by the AIIMS, Bilaspur (HP) within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of online examination. Only the candidate, who will be found eligible, will be called for interview/skill test and finally considered for selection on merit basis.
