Online Recruitment Applications (ORA*) are invited from desirous and eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts of Community Health Officer, Staff Nurse, Female Health Worker and Laboratory Technician on Contract basis in the National Health Mission, H.P. The ORA shall be available on Atal Medical and Research University, HP website www.amruhp.ac.in up to 2 nd October, 2022 till 11:59 P.M. (IST), thereafter link will be disabled.

1. Community Health Officer:-723 Posts(UR-284, SC-137, ST-26, OBC-110, EWS-88, UR (WFF)-9, SC (WFF)-9, OBC(WFF)-4, SC (BPL)-26,ST (BPL)-9, OBC (BPL)-26)

Essential: 1. Any candidate who has successfully completed B.Sc. Nursing/Post-basic B.Sc. Nursing degree from recognized institution. 2. Should be registered with the State Nursing Council of Himachal Pradesh (HPNRC).

Desirable: Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in Himachal Pradesh.

2. Staff Nurse:-159 Posts(UR-64, SC-31 ST-5, OBC-25, EWS-19, UR(WFF)-2, SC(WFF)-1, SC(BPL)-5, ST(BPL)-2, OBC(BPL)-5)

Essential:

1. 10+2 preferably with Science from a recognized Board of School Education.

2. Qualified “A” Grade Nurse (Diploma in GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized. University/Institution 3. Must be registered with the HP State Nursing Council.

Desirable: Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in Himachal Pradesh. Note: A candidate shall be eligible for appointment of this post, if, he/she has passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.

3. Female Health Worker:-65 Posts(UR-28, SC-13, ST-2, OBC-10, EWS-7, UR (WFF)-1, SC (BPL)-2, OBC (BPL)-2)

Essential:

1. Should be a matric with Science/Hr. Secondary Part-1 Pass or its equivalent from a recognized Board/Institution.

2. Should possess on e and half years Training Certificate as MPW from a Govt. recognized Training Institution.

3. Must be registered with the HP State Nursing Council. Desirable: Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in Himachal Pradesh.

Note: A candidate shall be eligible for appointment of this post, if, she has passed Matriculation/Hr. Secondary Part-1 Pass from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.

4.Laboratory Technician:- 36 Posts(UR-17, SC-7, ST-1, OBC-5, EWS-4, SC (BPL)-1,OBC (BPL)-1)

Essential:

1. 10+2 in Science with Degree

2. B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology/B.Sc. Medical Technology Laboratory/B.Sc. Medical Technology (Laboratory)/B.Sc. Medical laboratory Sciences/B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (Lateral) from a recognized University or an institution affiliated to a recognized University.

3. Must be registered with HP Paramedical Council. Desirable: Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in Himachal Pradesh.

Note: A candidate shall be eligible for appointment of this post, if, he/she has passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.

(1) Desirous/ eligible candidates should apply online through above mentioned official website of the University. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted. The candidates shall have to upload following self-certified documents along with application form:-

(i) Date of Birth (Matriculation Certificate/ Birth certificate issued by Registrar of Births & Death) 6

(ii) Matriculation Certificate

(iii) 10+2 Certificate

(iv) BSc. Degree (Nursing/ MLT)/ Post-basic BSc Nursing)/GNM Diploma/ MPW Course Certificate

(v) Registration with Himachal Pradesh Paramedical/Nursing Council

(vi) Reserved Category Certificate issued by authorized Revenue Officer/Executive Magistrate

(vii) Bonafide/Domicile Certificate issued by authorized Revenue Officer/Executive Magistrate

(ix) Aadhar Card

(2) The candidate/applicant shall provide above documents in original for scrutiny on the date when he/she is required to be physically present at the venue of physically evaluation/document verification. A set of self-certified photocopies of all above these documents shall be submitted at the time of scrutiny of document/evaluation failing which their candidature will stand cancelled.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:-

1. The candidates must read instructions carefully, which are available on website of Atal Medical and Research University, HP before filling up Online Recruitment Application Forms (ORA) for the post(s) concerned.

2. Date for determining eligibility of all candidates in respect of essential qualification(s) and experience, if any, etc., shall be the prescribed closing date for submission of online recruitment applications (ORA) i.e. 2 nd October, 2022.

3. The candidates must ensure their eligibility in respect of category, age and essential qualification(s) etc. as mentioned against concerned post in the advertisement to avoid rejection at later stage. 2

4. Incomplete Online Recruitment Applications submitted without requisite scanned photograph & scanned signatures of the size prescribed in application form, will be rejected straightway.

5. The benefit of reservation for various post(s) will be admissible only to the candidates, who are bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh in respect of categories, viz., S.C., S.T., O.B.C., E.W.S., WFF, and BPL.

6. The reserved category candidates belonging to other States will be treated as GENERAL CATEGORY CANDIDATES and the benefit of reservation will not be admissible to such candidates.

7. Number of post(s) is tentative and may increase or decrease from time to time. 8. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Court jurisdiction at Shimla.
