In compliance to the letter No. HFW(DME)B(2)_163/2019 Vol-VIII – 12883-128890 dated 17.01.2023 received from the Director Medical Education & Research, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla , the Counselling to fill up the vacant post of Sr. Residents/Tutor Specialties will be held on 06-03-2023 at 11:00 A.M in the Committee Room I.G. Hospital Shimla. The applications are invited from the eligible candidates fulfilling the requisite qualifications and other eligibility conditions on the prescribed application form as per Appendix-‘A’ for the posts of Senior Residents/ Tutor Specialists in Atal Institute of Medical Super Specialities Shimla District Shimla (H.P.) The interested candidates are required to submit their application forms duly filled in allrespects in the office of the Principal, AIMSS Shimla on or before 05-02-2023 up to 5.00 PM through registered post or by hand, alongwith the requisite application fees Rs.1500/- for General Category and Rs. 1000/- for reserved Category through NFFT/RTGS/Demand Draft in the favour of Principal, AIMSS Shimla Account No. 4193000100084433, IFSC Code PUNB0419300. No application will be entertained beyond the last date i.e. 05-02-2023. The candidates intends to participate more than one specialties are required to submit their application alongwith requisite fee separately. The specialty wise/vacancy position is annexed as Appendix-‘B’, the distribution of marks for the post of Sr.Resident/Tutor Specialist in terms of period of services of State for GDO’s is annexed as (Appendix-‘C’) and eligibility criteria, other terms & conditions of selection/appointment is annexed as (Appendix-D) can be seen as well as downloaded from the website of www.hp.gov.in/hpdmer/www.aimsschamiana.edu.in. against the vacant post.
