Rs. 200/- for General Category & Rs. 150/- for other categories through bank draft of State Bank of India / IPOs issued in the name of Deputy Commissioner, District Bilaspur, H.P. (female candidates, Ex-servicemen of H.P, Ex-servicemen who are relieved from defense services after completion of normal tenure and person with disability are exempted for fees).

Between 18 and 45 years. The upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/ other categories of persons to the extent permissible under the Himachal Pradesh Government

Terms & Conditions:-

1.The applications are invited only from eligible candidates on the prescribed form along-with relevant supporting documents which should reach in the office of Deputy Commissioner Bilaspur-174001 on or before 05.10.2023 and for the candidates residing in tribal areas of Himachal Pradesh, the last date of receipt of application from them is 10.10.2023.

2.The candidates before applying for the post shall ensure their eligibility, age etc, in terms of the advertisement to avoid rejection at the later stage. The candidates belonging to category/special category should attach the certificate issued by the competent authority.

3.The prescribed proforma of the application for the post of Peon & Chowkidar as per Annexure-I may be downloaded from the official website of District Bilaspur i.e. http://hpbilaspur.nic.in The candidates are advised to visit the District Administration’s website http://hpbilaspur.nic.in from time to time for updates in their own interest.

4.The information about the venue, date and timing for evaluation schedule etc. and after completion of recruitment process merit list of screening test shall be uploaded in the aforesaid website. Top candidates according to merit in the ratio of 05 times of total posts in respect of any particular category will be called for evaluation of 15 marks.

5.Application received after due date will be rejected straight away without any intimation to the candidate. No Travelling Allowance / Daily Allowance will be paid for appearing in Evaluation schedule etc Original certificates will have to be produced at the time of evaluation / document verification. As per instructions of the Government dated 11.06.2019, when an Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidate is not available for selection, the post will be treated automatically as de-reserved and will be filled up from a non EWS candidate of unreserved category.

6.Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Any other information about the qualification or job recruitments etc. can be taken from the office of Deputy Commissioner Bilaspur (01978-224688). In case new posts of Peons or Chowkidars created/vacated during the span of one year i.e. October-2023 to September-2024, in the offices covered under staffing norms issued by the government, same will be filled up from the waiting / panel list prepared at the time of selection of post being advertised.

7. The Recruitment Authority reserves the right to change any other terms of the advertisement or to rectify the inadvertent / technical errors at any stage.
