Applications on the prescribed form as per Annexure-I are invited for filling up of 02 vacant posts of Chowkidar Class-IV on Daily Wage basis under the establishment of this office from amongst the eligible applicants.

(a) ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION(S):-
(i) Should have passed Middle Examination or its equivalent from recognized Board of School Education/ Institution.
(ii) As per Govt. Notification No. Per(AP)-C-C(17-2/2018 dated 19-11- 2019, a candidate shall be eligible for Class- IV post (s), if he/she has passed Middle or Matriculation from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.
(b) DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION(S):- Knowledge of customs, manner and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh
Salary:-Rs. 350- per day or as revised by the Govt. from time to time
Application fee :-Application fee of Rs. 400/-(Four hundred) for the candidates belonging to General category and Application fee of Rs. 200 (Two hundred) for the candidates belonging to the category/sub categories of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes & EWS/IRDP/BPL etc. The Female candidates shall be exempted from the application fee.
Mode Of Payment The fee will be accepted only in the shape of Demand draft/Bank Draft/IPO issued in favour of Deputy Commissioner, Mandi District, Mandi (H.P.) payable at Mandi. Payment of fee in cash or by any other mode is not acceptable.
How To Apply :-The interested/ eligible candidates will have to apply separately on separate application forms for any of the above given posts and prescribed application fee for the post must be enclosed with each application form. The application along with relevant supporting documents as prescribed by the Personnel Department of H.P. Govt. Notification No. Per (AP.B) B(15)- 5/2015 dated 17-04-2017 should reach in the office of Deputy Commissioner Mandi, District Mandi. H.P. on or before 15th June, 2022 from non tribal areas positively and the candidate of Tribal Areas of HP shall be given an additional time of 10 days to submit their applications on or before 25th June, 2022 till 05:00 PM. The applications received after the last date or found incomplete will be rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. The numbers of post(s) are tentative and may increase or decrease. In case of increase of post(s), the same shall be filled from waiting list prepared at the time of selection for the post being advertised. Selected candidates will be posted in the establishment of Deputy Commissioner office Mandi and its subordinate offices in District Mandi H.P. Terms & Conditions:
1. Age of candidates shall be reckoned as on 01.01.2022.
2. As per R&P Rules the minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum 45 years. But the upper age is relaxable for SC/ST & other categories of persons to the extent permissible under the H.P. Government.
3. Candidate can obtain application form by downloading it from the official website of District Mandi http://hpmandi.nic.in.
4. Application received after due date will be rejected straight away without any intimation to the candidate.
5. Any further information about the qualification or job requirements can be taken from the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Mandi. H.P.
6. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in for evaluation.
7. The applications form should be filled complete in all respects by giving correct information. Defective and incomplete applications and those with wrong or false information will be rejected.
8. Short listed candidates will be called for evaluation process as prescribed by the Personnel Department of H.P. Govt. Notification No. Per(AP.B)B(15)-5/2015 dated 17-04-2017 of each category on the basis of marks obtained in Middle/ Matriculation Examination.
9. The Deputy Commissioner, Mandi reserves the right whether to fill up the post or withdraw the advertisement at any of time
10. In case of any objection, the decision of the Selection Committee will be final.
11. Application should reach in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Mandi District Mandi, H.P. before 05.00 PM on the due date or the next working day, if the due date happens to be a holiday.
12. Attach self addressed envelope duly stamped Rs. 5-00.

इस कार्यालय की स्थापना के अंतर्गत दैनिक वेतन के आधार पर चौकीदार चतुर्थ श्रेणी के 02 रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए पात्र आवेदकों में से अनुबंध-I के अनुसार निर्धारित प्रपत्र पर आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं।
रिक्ति विवरण: –

पदों की कुल संख्या :– 02 दैनिक वेतन के आधार पर।
कैटेगरी वाइज पद – सामान्य (अनारक्षित) -02
(ए) आवश्यक योग्यता : –
(i) मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड / संस्थान से मध्य परीक्षा या इसके समकक्ष उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए।
(ii) सरकार के अनुसार। अधिसूचना संख्या प्रति (एपी) -सी-सी (17-2/2018 दिनांक 19-11- 2019, एक उम्मीदवार कक्षा- IV पद के लिए पात्र होगा, यदि उसने किसी स्कूल / संस्थान से मिडिल या मैट्रिक पास किया है। हिमाचल प्रदेश के भीतर स्थित है। बशर्ते यह शर्त वास्तविक हिमाचलियों पर लागू नहीं होगी।
(बी) वांछनीय योग्यता (): – हिमाचल प्रदेश के रीति-रिवाजों, रीति और बोलियों का ज्ञान और प्रदेश में प्रचलित विशिष्ट परिस्थितियों में नियुक्ति के लिए उपयुक्तता
वेतनमान :- रु. 350- प्रति दिन या सरकार द्वारा संशोधित के रूप में। समय – समय पर
आवेदन शुल्क :- आवेदन शुल्क रु। 400/- (चार सौ) सामान्य वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों के लिए और आवेदन शुल्क रु। 200 (दो सौ) अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग और ईडब्ल्यूएस / आईआरडीपी / बीपीएल आदि की श्रेणी / उप श्रेणियों से संबंधित उम्मीदवारों के लिए। महिला उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन शुल्क से छूट दी जाएगी।
भुगतान का प्रकार शुल्क केवल उपायुक्त, मंडी जिला, मंडी (हि.प्र.) के पक्ष में जारी डिमांड ड्राफ्ट/बैंक ड्राफ्ट/आईपीओ के रूप में स्वीकार किया जाएगा जो मंडी में देय होगा। शुल्क का नकद या किसी अन्य माध्यम से भुगतान स्वीकार्य नहीं है।
आवेदन कैसे करें :- इच्छुक / पात्र उम्मीदवारों को उपरोक्त किसी भी पद के लिए अलग-अलग आवेदन पत्र पर अलग से आवेदन करना होगा और प्रत्येक आवेदन पत्र के साथ निर्धारित आवेदन शुल्क संलग्न करना होगा। हिमाचल प्रदेश के कार्मिक विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित प्रासंगिक सहायक दस्तावेजों के साथ आवेदन। सरकार अधिसूचना संख्या प्रति (एपी.बी) बी(15)- 5/2015 दिनांक 17-04-2017 कार्यालय उपायुक्त मंडी, जिला मंडी में पहुंच जाना चाहिए। हिमाचल प्रदेश 15 जून, 2022 को या उससे पहले गैर आदिवासी क्षेत्रों से सकारात्मक रूप से और हिमाचल प्रदेश के जनजातीय क्षेत्रों के उम्मीदवार को 25 जून, 2022 को या उससे पहले शाम 05:00 बजे तक अपने आवेदन जमा करने के लिए 10 दिनों का अतिरिक्त समय दिया जाएगा। अंतिम तिथि के बाद प्राप्त या अपूर्ण पाए गए आवेदनों को अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा और इस संबंध में किसी भी पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। पद (पदों) की संख्या अस्थायी है और इसमें वृद्धि या कमी हो सकती है। पद (पदों) में वृद्धि के मामले में, इसे विज्ञापित पद के लिए चयन के समय तैयार की गई प्रतीक्षा सूची से भरा जाएगा। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को जिला मण्डी हिमाचल प्रदेश में उपायुक्त कार्यालय मण्डी एवं उसके अधीनस्थ कार्यालयों की स्थापना में पदस्थापित किया जायेगा। उम्मीदवार आवेदन प्रारूप मंडी जिले की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट http://hpmandi.nic.in से डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
नियम एवं शर्तें:
1. उम्मीदवारों की आयु की गणना 01.01.2022 के आधार पर की जाएगी।
2. आर एंड पी नियमों के अनुसार न्यूनतम आयु सीमा 18 वर्ष और अधिकतम 45 वर्ष है। लेकिन ऊपरी आयु में अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति और अन्य श्रेणियों के व्यक्तियों के लिए एचपी के तहत अनुमेय सीमा तक छूट दी गई है। सरकार।
3. अभ्यर्थी आवेदन पत्र जिला मंडी की अधिकारिक वेबसाइट http://hpmandi.nic.in से डाउनलोड कर प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
4. नियत तारीख के बाद प्राप्त आवेदन को उम्मीदवार को बिना किसी सूचना के सीधे खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।
5. योग्यता या नौकरी की आवश्यकताओं के बारे में कोई और जानकारी उपायुक्त, मंडी के कार्यालय से ली जा सकती है। हिमाचल प्रदेश
6. मूल्यांकन के लिए उपस्थित होने के लिए कोई टीए/डीए का भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा।
7. आवेदन पत्र सभी प्रकार से सही जानकारी देकर भरा जाना चाहिए। दोषपूर्ण और अपूर्ण आवेदन और गलत या गलत जानकारी वाले आवेदनों को खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।
8. लघु सूचीबद्ध उम्मीदवारों को हिमाचल प्रदेश के कार्मिक विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। सरकार मध्य/मैट्रिक परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर प्रत्येक श्रेणी की अधिसूचना संख्या प्रति(एपी.बी)बी(15)-5/2015 दिनांक 17-04-2017।
9. उपायुक्त, मंडी किसी भी समय पद को भरने या विज्ञापन वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है
10. किसी भी आपत्ति की स्थिति में चयन समिति का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
11. आवेदन कार्यालय उपायुक्त, मंडी जिला मंडी, हि.प्र. देय तिथि या अगले कार्य दिवस पर 05.00 बजे से पहले, यदि नियत तारीख को छुट्टी होती है।
12. स्वयं के पते का लिफाफा संलग्न करें, जिस पर विधिवत मुहर लगी हो रु. 5-00.
13. भर्ती प्राधिकारी के पास उपर्युक्त पदों की भर्ती के दौरान हुई अनजाने में हुई त्रुटियों, यदि कोई हो, को सुधारने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
