Applications are invited for filling up of vacant posts of DRIVERS in the establishment of Deputy Commissioner Mandi, HP on daily wage basis from the eligible applicants
Vacancy Details:-
Post Name:- DRIVER
Total Posts:-04 (Four) on daily wage basis.
Category Wise Posts:-(General (UR)-01 Schedule Caste-01 Other Backward Classes-01 Economically Weaker Section (EWS)-01)
Pay Scale:-Rs. @411/- per day as revised by Government time to time (on Daily wage basis).
Education Qualification:-
i)Should have passed Matriculation Examination or its equivalent from the recognized Board of School Education/Institution.
ii) Must possess valid driving license for plying Heavy/ Light Motor Vehicle (PSV/Trans.).
iii) As per Govt. Notification No. Per(AP)-C-C(17-2/2018 dated 19- 11-2019, a candidate shall be eligible for Class- III post (s), if he /she has passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.

- General Category:-RS. 500/-
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/IRDP /BPL categories. The Female candidates shall be exempted from the application fee.:- 250/-
Note: The fee should be paid through Demand draft/Bank Draft/IPO issued in favour of Deputy Commissioner Mandi, District Mandi. H.P. payable at Mandi. Payment of fee in cash or by any other mode is not acceptable.

How To Apply :-
The application along with relevant supporting documents should reach in the office of Deputy Commissioner Mandi, District Mandi. H.P. on or before 15th June, 2022 from non tribal areas positively and the candidate of Tribal Areas of HP shall be given an additional time of 10 days to submit their applications on or before 25th June, 2022 till 05:00 PM. The application received after last date or found incomplete will be rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. No TA/DA will be payable to the applicant for appearing in the Skill test/Document verification. Selected candidates will be posted in the establishment of Deputy Commissioner office Mandi and its subordinate offices in District Mandi H.P. If any new post of Driver(s) are created and any post of Driver is found vacant during the calendar year, 2022 the same will be filled up from the waiting list. Terms & Conditions:
1. Age of candidates shall be reckoned as on 01.01.2022.
2. As per R&P Rules the minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum 45 years. But the upper age is relaxable for SC/ST & other categories of persons to the extent permissible under the H.P. Government.
3. Application Forms submitted incomplete, without requisite examination fee, relevant documents, photographs, signature etc. will be rejected straightway without any intimation to the candidate.
4. Furnishing of false information and documents of suppression of any factual information in the application form would entail disqualification. If the fact that false information/document(s) has been furnished or that there has been suppression of any factual information; comes to the notice at any time during the service of a person, his/her service would be liable to be terminated.
5. The decision of the Recruiting Authority regarding eligibility etc. of a candidate for admission to driving skill test or selection will be final and no correspondence/personal enquiries will be entertained.
6. Onus of providing that a candidate has acquired requisite driving license/essential qualification(s) by the stipulated date is on the candidate and in the absence of proof to the contrary, the date as mention on the face of certificate of the date of issue of certificate shall be taken as date of acquiring essential qualification. No extra opportunity shall be provided to the candidates to produce appropriate certificates at the time of verification.
7. In-Service candidate may apply for the posts along with requisite fee with information to their Head of Departments/Employer for issuing NOC. No in-service candidate will be evaluated unless he/she bring NOC from the concerned employer.
8. The eligibility of candidate(s) will be determined on the basis of original documents produced on the day(s) of verification and the Recruiting Authority will not be responsible if the candidature of any candidate is rejected at that stage or at the time of verification by the appointing authority.
9. Original certificates will have to be produced at the time of verification. If any claims of the candidates is found to be incorrect; besides rejection they may render themselves liable to disciplinary action.
10. The Recruiting Authority reserves the right of rectify the inadvertent errors occurred during the recruitment of the above mentioned posts, if any.
11. The candidates seeking relaxation in fee will be required to annex the certificate of their respective category.

उपायुक्त मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश की स्थापना में दैनिक वेतन भोगी आधार पर योग्य आवेदकों से चालक के रिक्त पदों को भरने हेतु आवेदन पत्र आमंत्रित किये जाते हैं।
रिक्ति विवरण: –
पोस्ट का नाम:- ड्राइवर
कुल पद:-04 (चार) दैनिक वेतन के आधार पर।
श्रेणी वार पद: – (सामान्य (यूआर) -01 अनुसूचित जाति -01 अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग -01 आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग (ईडब्ल्यूएस) -01)
वेतनमान: –रु। @411/- प्रति दिन जैसा कि सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर संशोधित किया जाता है (दैनिक वेतन के आधार पर)।
शैक्षणिक योग्यता:-
i) स्कूल शिक्षा / संस्थान के मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से मैट्रिक परीक्षा या इसके समकक्ष उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए।
ii) भारी/हल्के मोटर वाहन (पीएसवी/ट्रांस) चलाने के लिए वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना चाहिए।
iii) सरकार के अनुसार। अधिसूचना संख्या प्रति (एपी)-सी-सी (17-2/2018 दिनांक 19- 11-2019, एक उम्मीदवार कक्षा- III पद (पदों) के लिए पात्र होगा, यदि उसने मैट्रिक और किसी भी स्कूल से 10 + 2 पास किया है। /हिमाचल प्रदेश के भीतर स्थित संस्था बशर्ते यह शर्त वास्तविक हिमाचलियों पर लागू नहीं होगी।
आवेदन शुल्क:-
- सामान्य श्रेणी: – 500/-
- एससी / एसटी / ओबीसी / आईआरडीपी / बीपीएल श्रेणियों से संबंधित उम्मीदवार। महिला उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन शुल्क से छूट दी जाएगी:- 250/
नोट: शुल्क का भुगतान उपायुक्त मंडी, जिला मंडी के पक्ष में जारी डिमांड ड्राफ्ट / बैंक ड्राफ्ट / आईपीओ के माध्यम से किया जाना चाहिए। हिमाचल प्रदेश मंडी में देय है। शुल्क का नकद या किसी अन्य माध्यम से भुगतान स्वीकार्य नहीं है।
पदस्थापन का स्थान:- जिला मंडी हिमाचल प्रदेश में उपायुक्त कार्यालय मंडी एवं उसके अधीनस्थ कार्यालयों की स्थापना में पदस्थापित।
आवेदन कैसे करें :–
प्रासंगिक सहायक दस्तावेजों के साथ आवेदन उपायुक्त मंडी, जिला मंडी के कार्यालय में पहुंचना चाहिए। हिमाचल प्रदेश 15 जून, 2022 को या उससे पहले गैर आदिवासी क्षेत्रों से सकारात्मक रूप से और हिमाचल प्रदेश के जनजातीय क्षेत्रों के उम्मीदवार को 25 जून, 2022 को या उससे पहले शाम 05:00 बजे तक अपने आवेदन जमा करने के लिए 10 दिनों का अतिरिक्त समय दिया जाएगा। अंतिम तिथि के बाद प्राप्त या अपूर्ण पाए गए आवेदन को अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा और इस संबंध में किसी भी पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। कौशल परीक्षा/दस्तावेज सत्यापन में उपस्थित होने के लिए आवेदक को कोई टीए/डीए देय नहीं होगा। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को जिला मण्डी हिमाचल प्रदेश में उपायुक्त कार्यालय मण्डी एवं उसके अधीनस्थ कार्यालयों की स्थापना में पदस्थापित किया जायेगा। यदि चालक का कोई नया पद सृजित होता है और कैलेंडर वर्ष 2022 के दौरान चालक का कोई पद रिक्त पाया जाता है तो उसे प्रतीक्षा सूची से भरा जाएगा। उम्मीदवार आवेदन प्रारूप मंडी जिला की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट hpmandi.nic.in से डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
नियम एवं शर्तें:
1. उम्मीदवारों की आयु की गणना 01.01.2022 के आधार पर की जाएगी।
2. आर एंड पी नियमों के अनुसार न्यूनतम आयु सीमा 18 वर्ष और अधिकतम 45 वर्ष है। लेकिन ऊपरी आयु में अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति और अन्य श्रेणियों के व्यक्तियों के लिए एचपी के तहत अनुमेय सीमा तक छूट दी गई है। सरकार।
3. बिना अपेक्षित परीक्षा शुल्क, प्रासंगिक दस्तावेज, फोटो, हस्ताक्षर आदि के बिना अपूर्ण जमा किए गए आवेदन पत्र उम्मीदवार को बिना किसी सूचना के सीधे खारिज कर दिए जाएंगे।
4. आवेदन पत्र में किसी भी तथ्यात्मक जानकारी को छिपाने के लिए झूठी जानकारी और दस्तावेजों को प्रस्तुत करने से अयोग्यता होगी। यदि यह तथ्य कि झूठी सूचना/दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत किए गए हैं या किसी तथ्यात्मक जानकारी को छिपाया गया है; किसी व्यक्ति की सेवा के दौरान किसी भी समय नोटिस में आता है, तो उसकी सेवा समाप्त की जा सकती है।
5. ड्राइविंग कौशल परीक्षा या चयन में प्रवेश के लिए उम्मीदवार की पात्रता आदि के संबंध में भर्ती प्राधिकारी का निर्णय अंतिम होगा और कोई पत्राचार/व्यक्तिगत पूछताछ पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
6. यह प्रदान करने का दायित्व कि उम्मीदवार ने निर्धारित तिथि तक अपेक्षित ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस/आवश्यक योग्यता (योग्यताएं) प्राप्त कर ली है, उम्मीदवार पर है और इसके विपरीत प्रमाण के अभाव में, प्रमाण पत्र के चेहरे पर उल्लिखित तिथि का उल्लेख किया गया है। प्रमाण पत्र जारी करना आवश्यक योग्यता प्राप्त करने की तिथि के रूप में लिया जाएगा। सत्यापन के समय उम्मीदवारों को उपयुक्त प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने का कोई अतिरिक्त अवसर प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा।
7. इन-सर्विस उम्मीदवार एनओसी जारी करने के लिए अपने विभागाध्यक्षों/नियोक्ता को सूचना के साथ अपेक्षित शुल्क के साथ पदों के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। किसी भी सेवाकालीन उम्मीदवार का मूल्यांकन तब तक नहीं किया जाएगा जब तक कि वह संबंधित नियोक्ता से अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र नहीं लाता है।
8. उम्मीदवार की पात्रता सत्यापन के दिन (दिनों) प्रस्तुत किए गए मूल दस्तावेजों के आधार पर निर्धारित की जाएगी और यदि किसी उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी उस स्तर पर या उस समय खारिज कर दी जाती है तो भर्ती प्राधिकारी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी द्वारा सत्यापन के संबंध में।
9. सत्यापन के समय मूल प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने होंगे। यदि उम्मीदवारों का कोई दावा गलत पाया जाता है; अस्वीकृति के अलावा वे खुद को अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई के लिए उत्तरदायी बना सकते हैं।
10. उपरोक्त भर्ती के दौरान हुई असावधानीवश हुई त्रुटियों को सुधारने का अधिकार भर्ती प्राधिकारी के पास सुरक्षित है।
