DDEE Mandi Shastri(Batchwise) Recruitment 2024:-प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा विभाग, उप निदेशक, प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा मण्डी, जिला मण्डी, हि० प्र० के कार्यालय में अनुबन्ध के आधार पर शास्त्री (भूत पूर्व सैनिकों के आश्रितों) के पदों को भरने हेतु बैच आधार पर काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया दिनांक 10 जनवरी, 2024 को निर्धारित की गई है। जिला मण्डी तथा अन्य जिलों से सम्बंधित पात्र अभ्यर्थियों को काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया में भाग लेने हेतु 10 जनवरी, 2024 का दिन ही निर्धारित किया गया है। इस काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया में वही अभ्यर्थी भाग ले सकते हैं जो शास्त्री भर्ती एवं पदोन्नती नियम, 2012 के तहत निर्धारित योग्यता पूर्ण करता हो जिसका विवरण निम्न प्रकार से है:-

DDEE Mandi Shastri(Batchwise) Recruitment 2024 Overview:-

(i) Shastri with atleast 50% marks from any University / Institute recognized by H.P. Government. AND
ii) Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET Shastri) duly conducted by H.P. Board of School Education, Dharamshala. Provided that the incumbents who have already qualified the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the H.P. Subordinate Services Selection Board, Hamirpur shall also be eligible subject to the condition as laid down in Para11 of the guidelines issued by the National Council for Teacher Education vide No. 76-4/2010/NCTE/Acad. Dated 11.2.2011
Note: Relaxation up to 5 % will be allowed in minimum educational qualifications ad also in minimum qualifying marks for TET to the candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH categories of Himachal Pradesh.

अतः जो भी अभ्यर्थी उक्त काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया में भाग लेना चाहता है वह निर्धारित तिथि दिनांक 10 जनवरी, 2024 को सुबह 11 बजे उप निदेशक, प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा मण्डी जिला मण्डी, हि० प्र० के कार्यालय में आकर आवेदन कर सकता है। माननीय न्यायालय द्वारा दिये गये दिशा निर्देशों के अनुसार अन्य जिलों से सम्बन्धित प्रार्थी जिनका नाम सम्बंधित रोजगार कार्यालय में दर्ज है वह भी उक्त काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया में भाग ले सकते हैं। अभ्यर्थी अपने निम्नलिखित आवश्यक दस्तावेजों, शैक्षणिक व व्यवसायिक योग्यता से सम्बंधित दस्तावेजों की मूल प्रति व सत्यापित प्रति एवं एक पासपोर्ट आकार के फोटो सहित निर्धारित तिथि को उप-निदेशक, प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा मण्डी जिला मण्डी, हि० प्र० के कार्यालय में उपस्थित हों। आवेदन प्रपत्र अर्थात् (प्रार्थी बायोडाटा फार्म) उक्त तिथि को कार्यालय में उपलब्ध होगा। अन्य जानकारी के लिए दूरभाष नम्बर 01905-223454 पर किसी भी कार्य दिवस में सम्पर्क किया जा सकता है।
1. Bio-Data form along with passport size photograph.
2. Employment registration card.
3. Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/ in case of reserved categories).
4. Himachal Bonafide.
5. Character certificate.
6. All academic qualification certificates in ascending order.( Matric. 10-2, Shastri and others etc.)
7. Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for Shastri to be conducted by an authority designated by the H.P. State Govemment.
8. Ward of Ex-SM Certificate: It is certified that Mr./Miss/Mrs. (DOB ) is Son/Daughter of No. Name Rank Vill P.O. Teh Distt. has served in Indian Army/AF/Navy in w. e. f. as per his discharge book. However, the name of daughter/son is endorsed in the discharge book of above named Ex-serviceman. Should be issued by Deputy Director of Zila Sainik Welfare office (Signature and Seal) P.O._ Rank
9. Annexure-“A” Form of certificate to be furnished by the sons/daughters or wives of ex-servicemen to be considered against the posts reserved for ex-servicemen: It is certified that Sh./Kumari/Smt resident of Village________ Tehsil_ District_ (Himachal Pradesh), is the dependent son/daughter or wife of Shri Ex-serviceman No. who has not been rehabilitated through employment against the post reserved for ex-servicemen with the H.P. Govt./Corporation/Board/Autonomous Body of H.P. as well as Central and other State/Union Territory Government or Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Body/Banks, etc under the control of the said Central or other State/Union Territory Government. Should be issued by Patwari/Pradhan of Gram Panchyat/President of Municipal Committee or Notified Area Committee/Executive Officer of the Municipal Corporation of the area and counter signed by Tehsildar/Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) of the area.
10. Annexure “B” in the form of Affidavit-I_ of Shri r/o (H.P.) who to Son/daughter/wife R/o Vill. Ex-Serviceman No__ Rank_ Tehsil (Himachal P.O. District do hereby solemnly declare and affirm that neither my father himself, nor other ward (i.e. son/daughter or wife) of my father/husband has been provided employment against the post reserved for ex-servicemen with the Govt./Corporation/Board/Autonomous Body of H.P. as well as Central and other State/Union Territory Government or Public Sector Undertaking /Autonomous Body/Banks, etc under the control of the said Central or other State/Union Territory Government. Should be verified/countersigned by Tehsildar/Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) of H.P. the area.

Note:
1. All certificates be arranged strictly in the above mentioned sequence.
2. All the essential certificates/ documents should be produced at the time of counselling and no document will be entertained after the date of counselling in any mode. The responsibility of non-production of any documents shall lie upon the candidate concerned.
