उपरोक्त विषय पर आपको सूचित किया जाता है कि आपका नाम निदेशक श्रम एवं रोजगार हि0प्र0 शिमला-1 से दिव्यांग कोटा के अन्तर्गत कला अध्यापक के पद हेतु प्रेषित किया गया है। उक्त साक्षात्कार हेतु आप उपायुक्त शिमला के कार्यालय में दिनांक 22/02/2022 को प्रातः 10:30 पूर्वाहन अपने सभी मूल प्रमाण पत्रों एवं नवीनतम पासपोर्ट साइज की एक सत्यापित फोटो प्रति सहित अपनी उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करें।
निम्न मूल प्रमाण पत्र/दस्तावेज साक्षात्कार के समय अनिवार्य रूप से वांछित है:
1.Certificate of Metric & 10+2 or other qualification, if any.
2.Certificate of Art & Craft Diploma (2years Diploma in Art & Craft from a recognized university institution or its equivalent).
3.Certificate Belonging to notified Backward Area or Panchynt, as the case may be.
4. Land less family/family having land less that 01 Hectare to be certified by the concerned
Revenue Authority
5.Non Employment Certificate to the effect that none of the family members is in Government/ Semi Government
6.Differently abled persons with more than 40% impaimenudisability/infirmity.
7.BPL Family having family annual income (from all sources) below Rs. 40000/- or as prescribed by the Govt. from time to time.
8.Widow/divorced destitute/single women,
9.Single daughter/orphan.
10.Training of atleast 6 months duration reinted to the post applied for from a recognized University Institution/School.
11.Experience uplo a maximum of 5 yenrs in Govt. Organization relating to the post applied for (0.5) mark only for ench completed year)
12.The name of cnndidates should be sponsored through employment exchange.
13.Himachali Bonnfied certificate category Certificate i.C. SC/ST OBC/BPL issued by the competent authority. (BPL certificate must be countersigned by the concerned D.D.O.)
