Applications are invited from Indian Citizens for following purely project based temporary positions under Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL) funded projects at Himachal Regional Center of the Institute. Candidate having adequate qualifications in relevant subject/specialization with consistently good academic records and experience may send their complete application in the prescribed format (Annexure-I) with all supporting documents to the undersigned by e-mail ([email protected], [email protected]) on or before 26 December, 2021. It is essential to mention the position with serial no. and name of the project applied for in the subject line of e-mail and also in the application form. The shortlisted candidates will be informed separately about the date of interview. The interview will be held either physical or virtual mode (Audio/Video) as the conditions deemed fit due to COVID-19 scenario.

1. Post Name:- Project Assistant

Salary :-Rs. 24,000/- p.m. fixed
Age Limit: 32 years
Qualification:-First class Master Degree in Environmental Science/Zoology/ Remote Sensing & GIS /Soil Science from a recognized University with two years research experience
2.Post Name:- Field Researcher
Total Posts:- 01 Post
Salary :-Rs. 15,000/- p.m. fixed
Age Limit: 32 years
Qualification:-Preference will be given to the candidate having Experience in data collection, documentation, knowledge on RS/GIS software including ERDAS Imagine and Arc GIS.
3.Post Name:- Field Assistant
Total Posts:- 01 Post
Salary :-Rs. 10,000/- p.m. fixed
Age Limit: 50 years
Qualification:-Graduation (or) Intermediate with 5 years experience in assisting R&D based projects in the Himalayan Region.
