HEIS Govt. College Barsar Guest Faculty Recruitment 2026 – Walk-in Interview for BBA Posts
Higher Education Institute Society (HEIS), Government College Barsar, District Hamirpur (Himachal Pradesh) has released a notification for the recruitment of Guest Faculty for the BBA (Self-Finance Course) on a temporary basis. Eligible candidates can attend the walk-in interview on the scheduled date with all original documents.
This recruitment includes one regular Guest Faculty post and one Guest Faculty post against a maternity leave vacancy.

Educational Qualification
1. Guest Faculty (BBA)
Candidates should possess M.Com or MBA with Finance Specialization as per UGC Regulations, 2009.
The applicant must have secured at least 55% marks and should be NET/SET qualified or possess an equivalent qualification.
2. Guest Faculty (BBA) Against Maternity Leave Vacancy
Candidates should have M.Com with at least 55% marks as per UGC Regulations, 2009.
The applicant must be NET/SET qualified or possess an equivalent qualification.

Important Instructions
- Interested candidates must appear personally for the walk-in interview.

- The engagement is purely temporary and on a period basis.
- The Guest Faculty post against maternity leave vacancy will continue only until the concerned incumbent resumes duty.
- Remuneration will be paid on a lecture basis from the funds collected from students of the respective course.
- The selected candidates will be governed by the rules and conditions laid down by HEIS, Government College Barsar.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
