Applications are invited for filling up of 3 posts of Driver (Class-III on Daily wage basis in the AYUSH VIBHAG, Himachal Pradesh in accordance with the Common Recruitment & Promotion Rules for the post of DriverClass-1ll) notified by the Govemment vide Notification No. Per (AP) C-A(3)-4.2010 dated 23.10.2017 on the rates as noted by the State Government for the daily waged workers from time to time
Name of Post:- Driver, Class-11l (Non-Gazetted) (On daily wages basis)
Number of Posts:- Total = 03 (OBC-01. EWS-01, SC-01)
Essential Qualification(s):-
(a) Essential Qualification(s) Should have passed Matriculation Examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education Institution Must possess valid driving license for plying of heavy light vehicles in hilly terrain.
(b) Desirable Qualification(s) Knowledge of customs, marmers and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh The candidate should be a Bonafide Himachal
Age :-Between 18 years and 45 years as on 01.01.2021. The relaxation in upper age limit is permissible up b 05 years in case of SC applicant as per instructions of the Goverment of H.P. Place of Posting Anywhere in the State of HP in the AYUSH VIBHAG, Himachal Pradesh
Examination Fees:– Rs. 200/- for General Category & others and Rs. 100/- for SC Fees category which may be deposited in the name of AYUSH, Himachal Pradesh, Block No. 26, SDA Comples, Kasumpti, Shimla171009, through RTGS only in Current Account Number: 4193002100003070 of Punjab National Bank, Kasumpati, Shimla-171009 (IFSC Code: PUNB 0419300). The proof of the fee deposited clearly mentioning the UTR number of RTGS along with date in the above Bank must be attached In orginal with the application form. In case the receipt of fee is not attached with the application form, the same shall be rejected.
Mode of Selection:-Selection for appointment to the post in the case of Daily Wages Selection Appointment will be made on the basis of Viva-Voce fest or if considered necessary or expedient by a written test or practical test the standard syllabus etc. of which will be determined by the concerned recruiting authority i.e. Hod of the concerned Department. Evaluation will be based on the parameters devised by the Department of Personnel vide its Notfication No. Per AP B)B(150-5/2014 dated 17.04.2017. The Candidates who will be declared qualified in the Practical test shall be called for evaluation in pursuance b Notification ibid. The date of Practical Test and Evaluation shall be intimated separately.
How to Apply:- The desirous and eligible candidates applying for the post of Driver may apply on the prescribed application form also which can be downloaded from the Departmental Website (website: ayurveda.hp.gov.in) along with attested copies of all relevant testimonials/documents so as to show their age/qualification/ experience etc. The applications should be addressed to the Director of Ayush, Himachal Pradesh, Block No. 26, SDA Complex, Kasumpati, Shimla- 171009. The envelope containing application form should be super-scribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF DRIVER (Daily wage Basis)”.
Evaluation :-The scrutiny/verification and evaluation of documents/certificates shall be made by constituting a Committee of the departmental officers. The final selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the written tost, Practical test and evaluation of documents. The dates for written test/evaluation of documents/ practical test shall be intimated separately
Last Date:- Closing Date for Submission of Applications in the Directorate of AYUSH VIBHAG, Block. No. 26, SDA Complex, Kasumpti, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh is up to 30.06.2021 at 05:00 P.M. and in case of tribal areas the application must reach up to 09.07.2021 at 05:00 P.M.
