Pursuant to directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court passed in Suo Moto Writ Petition (Civil) No. 2/2021 to fill up the posts lying vacant on the establishment of H.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Shimla, applications are hereby invited for the recruitment of posts of Junior Office Assistant (IT), Clerk, Driver & Process server on contract basis and Peon on daily wages basis. Applications should be addressed to the Registrar, H.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Block No. 33, SDA Complex Kasumpti, Shimla-9 and should reach the office by 13.05.2022 by 5 PM. Applications can also be submitted in person with the Registry of the State Commission from 10 AM to 5 P.M. on any working day on or before the last day of receipt of applications. Candidates must write name of the post applied for on the envelope. Applications received incomplete and after due date shall not be entertained. There is no application fee for women candidates. 

Detail of vacant posts of each category (i.e., Junior Office Assistant (IT), clerk, driver, process server and peon) is given in the Table below:

1. JOA IT 

Qualification :-

• Should have Graduation from a recognized University
• Computer Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi.
• Should have the knowledge of “Word. processing in computer as prescribed by the Recruiting authority.
• should also have knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in Pradesh.

Note: Apart from above, a candidate shall be considered eligible for appointment to post(s) only if he/she has passed matriculation and 10+2 from any School Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. However, this condition shall not apply to Bona fide Himachalis.

5. Peon

Qualification :-

• Should have passed matric from recognized Board of School Education University. 

Note: 

(i) Apart from above, a candidate shall be considered eligible for appointment to post(s) only if he/she has passed matriculation and 10+2 from any School Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. However, this condition shall not apply to Bona fide Himachalis. 

(ii) Preference will be given to those who know driving and possess a valid driving licence.

Age Limit:-Age limit for the posts of JOA (IT), Clerk, Driver, Process-server and Peon: The age of candidate must be between 18 to 45 years as on 01.04.2022. 

How to apply: Eligible and interested candidates would be required to apply offline. The requisite post-wise proformas for the posts of Junior Office Assistant (IT), Clerk, Processare available on the official website, https://hpconsumercommission.nic.in of the State Commission as Annexure-A to Annexure-E, respectively.  Applications should be addressed to the Registrar, H.P. हिमाचल प्रदेश की स्थापना पर खाली पड़े पदों को भरने के लिए स्वत: मोटो रिट याचिका (सिविल) संख्या 2/2021 में पारित माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के निर्देशों के अनुसार। राज्य उपभोक्ता विवाद निवारण आयोग, शिमला, अनुबंध के आधार पर जूनियर ऑफिस असिस्टेंट (आईटी), क्लर्क, ड्राइवर और प्रोसेस सर्वर और दैनिक वेतन पर चपरासी के पदों की भर्ती के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित करता है। आवेदन रजिस्ट्रार, एच.पी. राज्य उपभोक्ता विवाद निवारण आयोग, ब्लॉक नंबर 33, एसडीए कॉम्प्लेक्स कसुम्प्टी, शिमला-9 और 13.05.2022 को शाम 5 बजे तक कार्यालय पहुंच जाना चाहिए। आवेदन राज्य आयोग की रजिस्ट्री में व्यक्तिगत रूप से भी सुबह 10 बजे से शाम 5 बजे तक जमा किए जा सकते हैं। आवेदन प्राप्त होने के अंतिम दिन को या उससे पहले किसी भी कार्य दिवस पर। उम्मीदवारों को लिफाफे पर आवेदित पद का नाम लिखना होगा। अपूर्ण और नियत तिथि के बाद प्राप्त आवेदनों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। महिला उम्मीदवारों के लिए कोई आवेदन शुल्क नहीं है।

प्रत्येक श्रेणी (अर्थात, कनिष्ठ कार्यालय सहायक (आईटी), क्लर्क, ड्राइवर, प्रोसेस सर्वर और चपरासी) के रिक्त पदों का विवरण नीचे तालिका में दिया गया है:

1. JOA IT

 योग्यता :- 

• किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक होना चाहिए
•  कंप्यूटर टाइपिंग की गति अंग्रेजी में 30 शब्द प्रति मिनट या हिंदी में 25 शब्द प्रति मिनट होनी चाहिए। 
• भर्ती प्राधिकारी द्वारा निर्धारित “कंप्यूटर में वर्ड प्रोसेसिंग का ज्ञान होना चाहिए। 
• हिमाचल प्रदेश के रीति-रिवाजों, तौर-तरीकों और बोलियों का भी ज्ञान होना चाहिए और प्रदेश में प्रचलित अजीबोगरीब परिस्थितियों में नियुक्ति के लिए उपयुक्तता होनी चाहिए। 

नोट: उपरोक्त के अलावा, उम्मीदवार को पद (पदों) पर नियुक्ति के लिए केवल तभी पात्र माना जाएगा जब उसने हिमाचल प्रदेश के भीतर स्थित किसी भी स्कूल संस्थान से मैट्रिक और 10+2 उत्तीर्ण किया हो। तथापि, यह शर्त वास्तविक हिमाचलियों पर लागू नहीं होगी।

• अनारक्षित श्रेणी:- 300/- 
• आरक्षित श्रेणी:- 150/- 
• महिला उम्मीदवारों के लिए कोई आवेदन शुल्क नहीं
