Explanation:- रेलवे स्टेशन गुम्मन को कालका-शिमला रेललाइन में सर्वश्रेष्ठ रेलवे स्टेशन घोषित किया गया है। डीआरएम अंबाला ने इसे लेकर इस स्टेशन पर तैनात कर्मचारियों को 5,000 रुपये की राशि बतौर प्रोत्साहन दी है। डीआरएम रेलवे अंबाला एमएस भाटिया ने 20 दिसंबर को स्टेशन का निरीक्षण किया था। निरीक्षण के बाद स्टेशन को सबसे अव्वल पाया था। अपनी रिपोर्ट में इस स्टेशन को सुंदर और सुव्यवस्थित घोषित किया है। गुम्मन रेलवे स्टेशन के अधीक्षक संजीव शर्मा ने बताया कि अंबाला रेलवे डिविजन के डीआरएम ने 20 दिसंबर को इस स्टेशन के साथ-साथ इस लाइन पर आने वाले सभी स्टेशनों निरीक्षण किया था। इसकी रिपोर्ट आ गई है। गुम्मन स्टेशन को श्रेष्ठ स्टेशन घोषित किया गया है। कर्मचारियों को 5,000 रुपये का इनाम भी दिया गया है। संजीव शर्मा ने बताया कि यह स्टेशन 100 साल पुराने बरगद के पेड़ के लिए भी जाना जाता है। जिसे मार्च 2018 में यूनेस्को की ओर से अधिग्रहित किया गया था।

Explanation:- एसजेवीएन को प्रतिष्ठित ग्रीनटेक अंतरराष्ट्रीय पर्यावरण स्वास्थ्य एवं सुरक्षा (ईएचएस) सर्वोत्तम प्रैक्टिस अवार्ड 2023 से सम्मानित किया गया है। यह अवार्ड पुलिस 1 महानिदेशक गोवा जसपाल सिंह द्वारा द्वितीय वार्षिक ग्रीनटेक इंटरनेशनल अवार्ड्स 2023 समारोह के दौरान प्रदान किया गया। अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक एसजेवीएन नंद लाल शर्मा ने बताया कि सततशील लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने और पर्यावरण संरक्षण के माध्यम से सकारात्मक प्रभाव को प्राप्त करने की दिशा में नवोन्मवेषी प्रथाओं और पहलों के मान्यता स्वरूप एसजेवीएन को ईएचएस बेस्ट प्रैक्टिसेज अवार्ड प्रदान किया गया है। एसजेवीएन में कैचमेंट क्षेत्र उपचार, वनीकरण, प्रतिपूरक मलबा प्रबंधन, मलबा निपटान स्थलों का पुनरुद्धार, खदान स्थलों और निर्माण क्षेत्रों, ग्रीन बेल्ट विकास, जैव विविधता प्रबंधन, मत्स्य प्रबंधन आदि जैसे पर्यावरणीय प्रबंधन उपायों को पूर्णत पर्यावरण प्रभाव मूल्यांकन के बाद किया जाता है। एसजेवीएन का मानना है कि सर्वोत्तम ईएचएस प्रथाओं को अपनाना समय की आवश्यकता है। कंपनी के सभी पावर स्टेशन और परियोजनाएं सुदृढ़ ईएचएस मानकों का पालन करती हैं। ऐसी प्रणालियां विद्यमान हैं, जो प्रचालनगत सुरक्षा, प्रदूषण की रोकथाम से पर्यावरण संरक्षण, ऊर्जा संरक्षण, कचरे की रिसाइक्लिंग, रियूज और रिडक्शन तथा खतरों और जोखिमों को न्यूनतम करने पर केंद्रित हैं। इसी प्रकार, एसजेवीएन की सभी आगामी परियोजनाओं में पर्यावरणीय मानदंडों, नियमों और विनियमों के अनुपालनार्थ पर्याप्त सावधानी बरती जा रही है। ईएचएस बेस्ट प्रैक्टिस अवार्ड के लिए नामांकित संगठनों का मूल्यांकन आवधिक ऑडिट और निर्धारित लक्ष्यों की समीक्षा के माध्यम से किया जाता है।

The award was presented by Director General of Police 1 Goa Jaspal Singh during the 2nd Annual Greentech International Awards 2023 ceremony. CMD SJVN Nand Lal Sharma informed that in recognition of innovative practices and initiatives towards achieving sustainable goals and creating a positive impact through environmental protection, SJVN has been conferred with the EHS Best Practices Award. In SJVN, environmental management measures such as catchment area treatment, afforestation, compensatory muck management, reclamation of muck disposal sites, mine sites and construction areas, green belt development, biodiversity management, fisheries management etc. are carried out after a thorough environmental impact assessment. SJVN believes that the need of the hour is to adopt best EHS practices. All the power stations and projects of the company adhere to stringent EHS standards. Systems are in place that focus on operational safety, environmental protection through pollution prevention, energy conservation, waste recycling, reuse and reduction, and minimizing hazards and risks.
