Explanation:-कानून और न्याय मंत्रालय ने शुक्रवार को हिमाचल प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट की वरिष्ठतम न्यायाधीश को न्यायमूर्ति सबीना कार्यवाहक मुख्य न्यायाधीश नियुक्त किया है। उनकी नियुक्ति शनिवार से प्रभावी होगी। वह मुख्य न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति अमजद एहतेशाम सईद की सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद यह पद संभालेंगी। पहले भी न्यायमूर्ति सबीना कार्यकारी मुख्य न्यायाधीश पद पर सेवाएं दे चुकी हैं। वे 25 मई 2022 से 22 जून 2022 तक कार्यकारी मुख्य न्यायाधीश रही थीं। संविधान के अनुच्छेद 223 से प्रदत्त शक्तियों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए राष्ट्रपति द्रोपदी मुर्मू ने न्यायमूर्ति सबीना को मुख्य न्यायाधीश नियुक्त किया है। न्यायमूर्ति सबीना का जन्म 20 अप्रैल 1961 को हुआ था। सितंबर 2004 में वह सत्र न्यायाधीश बनीं और 12 मार्च 2008 को पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट के रूप में पदोन्नत हुईं और 23 फरवरी 2010 को स्थायी न्यायाधीश बनीं। उन्हें 11 अप्रैल 2016 को न्यायाधीश के रूप में राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया। बाद में आठ अक्तूबर 2021 को हिमाचल प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट पहुंचीं।

Explanation:- The Ministry of Law and Justice on Friday appointed the senior most judge of the Himachal Pradesh High Court, Justice Sabina as the Acting Chief Justice. His appointment will be effective from Saturday. She will take over the post after the retirement of Chief Justice Justice Amjad Ehtesham Sayeed. In the past also Justice Sabina has served on the post of Acting Chief Justice. She was the Acting Chief Justice from 25 May 2022 to 22 June 2022. In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 223 of the Constitution, President Draupadi Murmu has appointed Justice Sabina as the Chief Justice. Justice Sabina was born on 20 April 1961. She became a Sessions Judge in September 2004 and was elevated as a Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court on 12 March 2008 and became a permanent Judge on 23 February 2010. He was transferred to the Rajasthan High Court as a judge on 11 April 2016. Later on October 8, 2021, it reached the Himachal Pradesh High Court.
