Applications are invited for filling up of Two posts of Driver in the Department of Fisheries, H.P. on daily wages basis from the eligible candidates. The detail of criteria is as under:-
Name of post:- Driver (Class-III) (on daily wages basis as per Govt H.P. norms)
Break up of post :-General (UR)-01 & SC-01=Total- 02 Nos.
Essential Qualifications :- Should be a Matric or its equivalent from recognized Board of School Education/Institution. Must possess valid driving licence for plying of heavy/light vehicles in hilly terrain.
Desirable Qualification:- Should have knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the State.
Age Limit:- Between 18 to 45 years (as on 01-01-2021). Relaxation of age is admissible as per Govt. instructions issued from time to time.
Mode of Selection :-
- Written objective type Screening Test =85
- Driver Skill Test =Qualifying nature
- Evaluation as per the parameters devised by the Department of Personnel vide Notification No. Per(AP.B)B(15)-5/2015, Dated 17-04-2017 (Annexure-A) = 15 Marks
- Total =100 marks
Note & Instructions for Applicants:
1. Applications sought earlier (Year-2019) for the post of Driver stand cancelled and applicants are required to apply afresh.
2. The application on prescribed format alongwith the relevant supporting documents as prescribed by the Government vide Notification Per(APB)B (15)-5/2014, Dated 17/04/2017(detail annexed as Annexure-“A”) should reach in the office of the Director-cum-Warden of Fisheries, Himachal Pradesh, Bilaspur-174001 on or before 31/12/2021 for non-schedule tribal area and from schedule tribal area on or before 10/01/2022. The applications received after the last date or found incomplete will be rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. No TADA will be payable to the applicants for appearing in the screening Test Practical Test. Selected candidate will be posted anywhere in the Department of Fisheries, H.P. The No. of post(s) are tentative and may increase/decrease. In case of increase of post(s) the same shall be filled from waiting list prepared at the time of selection of the post being advertised. The decision of the department regarding eligibility etc. of a candidate for admission to driving skill test or selection will be final and no correspondencel personal enquiries will be entertained.
