Applications are invited for filling up of Sixteen posts of Fisheries Field Assistant (Class-IV) in the Department Fisheries, H.P. on Contract basis from the eligible candidates. The detail of criteria is as under:
1. Name of post :-Fisheries Field Assistant (Class-IV) (on Contract Basis as per Govt. H.P. norms)

- UR (WFF):- 01
3. Salary (during 60% of Pay Level-1, Cell-1 -18000 (18000@60%-ie. 10800/- monthly pay) contract period)
4. Essential Qualifications:- i) Matriculation from a recognized University Board or its equivalent.
ii) Physical standard:
(a) Height -165 cm
(b) Chest – 79-84 cm
c) Speed on foot 16 Km, within 4 hours & Knowledge of swimming
5. Desirable:- Should have knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh Qualification and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
6. Age a) Between 18 to 45 years (as on 01-01-2022). Relaxation of age is admissible as per Govt. instructions issued from time to time.
7. Mode of Selection
i) Merit of minimum educational qualification, in 85 Selection terms of the Recruitment & Promotion Rules, shall be calculated as Under:(Percentage of marks obtained in prescribed education qualification to be calculated out of 85 marks. For example, a candidate getting 50% marks in Matric will be given 42.5 marks).:- 85
ii) Evaluation as per the parameters devised by the Department of Personnel vide Notification No. Per(AP.B)B(15)-5/2014, Dated 17-04-2017 (Annexure-A) :-15
Note & Instructions for Applicants:
The application on prescribed format alongwith the relevant supporting documents as prescribed by the Government vide Notification Per(AP.B)B(15)-5/2014, Dated 17/04/2017(detail annexed as Annexure-“A”) should reach in the office of the Director-cum-Warden of Fisheries, Himachal Pradesh, Bilaspur-174001 on or before 31/03/2022 for non-schedule tribal area and from schedule tribal area on or before 11/04/2022. The applications received after the last date or found incomplete will be rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. No TA/DA will be payable to the applicants for appearing in the screening Test/Physical Test. Selected candidate will be posted anywhere in the Department of Fisheries, H.P. The No. of post(s) are tentative and may increase/decrease. In case of increase of post(s) the same shall be filled from waiting list prepared at the time of selection of the post being advertised. मत्स्य पालन विभाग, हिमाचल प्रदेश में मत्स्य क्षेत्र सहायक (कक्षा- IV) के सोलह पदों को भरने के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं। पात्र उम्मीदवारों से अनुबंध के आधार पर। मानदंड का विवरण इस प्रकार है:
1. पद का नाम :- मत्स्य क्षेत्र सहायक (वर्ग- IV) (सरकारी हिमाचल प्रदेश मानदंडों के अनुसार अनुबंध के आधार पर)
2. पद का विभाजन:– सामान्य (यूआर):-03 ओबीसी :-05 अनुसूचित जाति :-05 एससी (बीपीएल) :-02 यूआर (डब्ल्यूएफएफ):- 01
3. वेतन (वेतन स्तर-1, सेल-1-18000 (18000@60%-अर्थात 10800/- मासिक वेतन) अनुबंध अवधि के 60% के दौरान)
4. आवश्यक योग्यताएं:-
i) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय बोर्ड से मैट्रिक या इसके समकक्ष।
ii) शारीरिक मानक: (ए) ऊंचाई -165 सेमी (बी) छाती – 79-84 सेमी ग) 16 किलोमीटर की पैदल गति, 4 घंटे के भीतर और तैराकी का ज्ञान
5. वांछनीय:- हिमाचल प्रदेश के रीति-रिवाजों, तौर-तरीकों और बोलियों का ज्ञान होना चाहिए और प्रदेश में प्रचलित अजीबोगरीब परिस्थितियों में नियुक्ति के लिए योग्यता और उपयुक्तता होनी चाहिए।
6. आयु क) 18 से 45 वर्ष के बीच (01-01-2022 को)। सरकार के अनुसार आयु में छूट स्वीकार्य है। समय-समय पर जारी निर्देश।
चयन का तरीका
i) न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता की योग्यता, भर्ती और पदोन्नति नियमों के 85 चयन शर्तों में, निम्नानुसार गणना की जाएगी: (निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता में प्राप्त अंकों का प्रतिशत 85 अंकों में से गणना की जाएगी। उदाहरण के लिए, 50% प्राप्त करने वाले उम्मीदवार मैट्रिक में अंक 42.5 अंक दिए जाएंगे):- 85
ii) कार्मिक विभाग द्वारा अधिसूचना संख्या प्रति (एपी.बी)बी(15)-5/2014, दिनांक 17-04-2017 (अनुलग्नक-ए) द्वारा तैयार किए गए मापदंडों के अनुसार मूल्यांकन:-15
आवेदकों के लिए नोट और निर्देश: अधिसूचना प्रति (एपी.बी)बी(15)-5/2014, दिनांक 17/04/2017 (विवरण अनुलग्नक- “ए” के रूप में संलग्न) के माध्यम से सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित प्रासंगिक सहायक दस्तावेजों के साथ निर्धारित प्रारूप पर आवेदन तक पहुंचना चाहिए निदेशक-सह-वार्डन ऑफ फिशरीज, हिमाचल प्रदेश, बिलासपुर-174001 के कार्यालय में 31/03/2022 को या उससे पहले गैर-अनुसूचित जनजातीय क्षेत्र के लिए और अनुसूचित जनजातीय क्षेत्र से 11/04/2022 को या उससे पहले। अंतिम तिथि के बाद प्राप्त या अपूर्ण पाए गए आवेदनों को अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा और इस संबंध में किसी भी पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। स्क्रीनिंग टेस्ट / फिजिकल टेस्ट में उपस्थित होने के लिए आवेदकों को कोई टीए / डीए देय नहीं होगा। चयनित उम्मीदवार को मत्स्य पालन विभाग, हिमाचल प्रदेश में कहीं भी तैनात किया जाएगा। पद(पदों) की संख्या संभावित है और इसमें वृद्धि/कमी हो सकती है। पद (पदों) में वृद्धि के मामले में इसे विज्ञापित पद के चयन के समय तैयार की गई प्रतीक्षा सूची से भरा जाएगा। उम्मीदवार मत्स्य पालन निदेशालय, हिमाचल प्रदेश, बिलासपुर की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट hpfisheries.nic.in से आवेदन पत्र (अनुलग्नक-बी) डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। शारीरिक परीक्षण या चयन में प्रवेश के लिए उम्मीदवार की पात्रता आदि के संबंध में विभाग का निर्णय अंतिम होगा और कोई पत्राचार / व्यक्तिगत पूछताछ पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
