Age Limit:-The age of the applicant should be between 25 to 45 years as on the last date of application.

The vacant posts of Asha workers will be filled in three panchayats under Health Block Ghumarvi. Interested candidates can apply for this till February 20. Giving this information, Block Medical Officer Dr Mahesh Jaswal said that approval has been received to fill the post of one Asha work from ward number 1 and 7 of Gram Panchayat Bharari, one Asha worker from ward number 1 and 3 of Gram Panchayat Rohin, one Asha worker from ward number 8 and 9 of Gram Panchayat Ghandalvi. For this post, a married woman, who should be a permanent resident of the ward for which she wants to apply, should be eligible.

The minimum educational qualification for Asha Worker has been fixed as 8th pass.

• The minimum educational qualification for Asha Worker has been fixed as 8th pass.
• The age of the applicant should be between 25 to 45 years till the last date of application.
• candidate should be a normal resident of the beneficiary area (feeder area) of the concerned Anganwadi center.
• the annual income of the applicant’s family should not be more than 50 thousand, whose certificate should be certified/copy signed by Naib Tehsildar / Tehsildar / Executive Magistrate Officer.
• The applicant should be a permanent resident of Himachal Pradesh, whose certificate has been issued by the concerned officer.
  

Interview process

• Selection will be based on merit out of a total of 25 marks.
• For Anganwadi worker, Mini Anganwadi worker and Anganwadi assistant, a maximum of 10 marks will be given for educational qualification based on the maximum pass marks of 10+2, in which the percentage of marks in 10+2 will be on a proportional basis subject to a maximum of 7 marks.
• Candidates having higher educational qualification will be given 3 additional marks, in which 2 marks have been kept for graduation and 1 mark for post graduation and above.
• A maximum of 3 marks will be given for work experience, in which Anganwadi worker/Anganwadi assistant/Bal Sevika/Kindergarten teacher/Nursery teacher/Sewing teacher/Children’s foster care worker working in the concerned Panchayat, who have worked for 10 months, will be given one mark for each year of experience, which will be subject to a maximum of 3 marks.
• 2 marks will be given to Divyang women with 40 percent and above disability.
• 2 marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates, 3 marks for State Home residents, Balika Ashram residents, orphans, widows, destitute, divorcees, married women whose husbands are not traceable for the last 7 years, women deserted by their husbands and those living with their parents.
• 2 marks for unmarried girl from families with two daughters who have no sons or 2 marks for married women with two daughters who have no sons.
• 3 marks will be given for personal interview.

• For detailed information about the application, candidates can contact the Block Medical Officer Office, Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur. Candidates will have to attach self-attested photocopies of the following certificates.
• The applicant should be a permanent female resident of ward number 4 and 5 Panchayat.
• 8th pass qualification certificate (verification of date of birth will also be done from 8th certificate).
• 10th or higher qualification certificate.
• Category SC/ST/OBC certificate must be verified by Tehsildar/Naib Tehsildar.
• BPL certificate must be verified by Block Development Officer.
• Husband’s death (widow) certificate/divorce tax document/destitute certificate must be certified by competent authority.
• Resident certificate with ward number of the concerned Gram Panchayat issued by the Gram Panchayat Pradhan.
• Himachali Bonafide Certificate (from Tehsildar)
• Character Certificate (from Tehsildar)
• Enter latest passport size photograph in the application form. Applications will be accepted only on the prescribed form (offline) and the applicant himself will have to submit them to the Block Medical Officer in the office of Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur (HP) on or before 20.02.2025 at 3:00 pm.
• The interview for the above posts of Gram Panchayat will be held on 27.02.2025 at 11:00 am in the Block Medical Officer’s office. At the time of interview, the candidate will have to bring the original certificates for verification of documents. No application will be accepted after 20.02.2025 at 5:00 pm.
