The High Court of Himachal Pradesh invites online applications from the eligible/desirous candidates for filling-up the following existing/anticipated and few future vacancies of the following posts in District Judiciary in the State of Himachal Pradesh as per Recruitment and Promotional Rules, 2022 (as per Schedule (II) of Part- A, B & C). 1.Protocol Officer (Class-III):-Total Posts;= 04 On Coatract basls:- 4 (Four) i.e. 4 Clear-cut (UR)
Education:-The candidates must possess Graduation Degree, having Diploma of one and a half year in food beverages or hospitality equivalent from any recognized institute and have to qualify typing test with a speed of 30 W.P.M. in English and 25 W.P.M. in Hindi on computers. or its
2. Clerk:-169 Posts
Education:-The candidates must possess Graduation degree from a recognized University and having basic knowledge in Computers like operating the computers, Windows and Linux operating systems and typing out and taking print outs etc. And have to qualify typing test with a speed of 30 W.P.M. in English and 25 W.P.M. in Hindi on computers.
3. JOA IT:- 03 Posts
Education:-The candidates must possess degree of: B.Tech./B.E. in Electronics and Communication, Information Technology, Computer Science/BCA/ B.Sc. (IT)/ PGDCA or equivalent, OR +2 or equivalent qualification +BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application)/ DCA (Diploma in Computer Application)/ I.T.I diploma in Computers OR equivalent diploma in Information Technology or Computers, with two years’ experience as System Assistant or Computer/ Desktop Engineer or on higher post in the field of computers, and having basic knowledge in computers like operating the computers, windows and Linux Operating Systems and typing out and taking print outs etc. and the candidate has to qualify typing test with a speed of 30 W.P.M. in English and 25 W.P.M. in Hindi on computers.
4. Process Server:- 77 Posts
Education:-12th
5. Peon Chowkidar:- 94 Posts
Education:-12th
6. Mali:- 03 Posts
Education:-The candidates must have passed Matriculation examination with diploma in gardening or floriculture from a recognized University/Institution.
7. StenoGrapher:- 90 Posts
Education:-The candidates must possess Graduation degree from a recognized University and having speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Stenography and 60 W.P.M. in Hindi Stenography and typing test in English with typing speed of 40 W.P.M. and typing test in Hindi with typing speed of 30 W.P.M. on computer. For more detail candidates must check their eligibility as per Rule 5,6,7,8 (a) to (2),10,11,12,13,14, 16,17 &18 (i) (Age) read with Schedule-II Part B (Sr. No. 5 (b) and Part 5 of Schedule-III of R&P Rules, 2022, with regard to Proficiency and Typing Test(s).
8. Driver :- 04 Posts
Education:-The candidates must have passed Matriculation Examination and possessing a valid driving license for LMV at least for three years and THE experience as a Driver for driving LMV for at least three (3) years. Preference shall be given to those candidates who have good mechanical knowledge of automobiles.

2.The candidates for appointment to any of the abovementioned post(s) must be Citizen of India and also possess requisite educational and other qualifications under R&P Rules, 2022 as prescribed (https://hphighcourt.nic.in/rules/districtjudiciary08082022.pdf).
3. They must have knowledge of customs and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the State of H.P. and for this purpose a candidate to Class- III post(s) must have passed Matriculation or 10+2 or Graduation and a candidate to Class-IV post(s) must have passed Middle or Matriculation or 10+2 from any school/institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. However, this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis (Part-II Rule 5 of R&P Rules, 2022).
4.The examination fee for the candidates applying online against each advertised vacancy is Rs. 340/- (plus GST as applicable) for General (UR)category and Rs. 190/- (plus GST as applicable) for all other reserved categories other than General (UR) category who deserve fee relaxation/exemption under the Rules and the same shall have to be paid ONLY through ONLINE MODE. The fee, paid once, shall not be refunded to the candidate, in any case.
5.Age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years or more than 45 years as on 14.09.2022 (See Part-II Rule 18 of R&P Rules, 2022). However, in case, the candidate belongs to any reserved category, the relaxation in upper age limit shall be permissible as may be prescribed by the Government of Himachal Pradesh from time to time for entry into service for the candidates belonging to such categories.
6.The eligible candidates will ONLY be informed SMS alerts or Emails (as registered/disclosed at the time of submitting application in online mode) about examination(s)/test(s) schedule etc. No separate communication/call letters etc. will be sent through any other mode. Therefore, the candidates are advised to give their working mobile number(s) and Email ID(s) used by them in the online recruitment application (ORA) and ensure their working till the completion of selection process to avoid inconvenience. There is no other means of contacting them except their mobile number(s) and Email ID(s). However, the candidate must have to bring alongwith them, duly filled-in ADMIT CARD which is to be downloaded from our website by the candidate(s) from their individual login credentials, at the time of appearing in the exam(s)/test(s) as shall be conveyed to him or her, failing which they will not be allowed to appear in the exam(s)/test(s).
7.The applications are acceptable only in online mode [even from those candidates, who have been sponsored by Employment Exchange(s)]. The desirous candidate(s) may use the recruitment web portal link at URL i.e. https://www.hphcrecruitment.in as well as another relevant link provided on High Court Website i.e. http://hphighcourt.nic.in on or before 14.10.2022 at 11:59 P.M.
8.As per instructions of the Government dated 11.6.2019 when an Economic Weaker Sections (EWS) candidate is not available for selection, the post(s) will be treated automatically as de-reserved and will be filled up from a non-EWS candidate of unreserved category.
9. The candidates must visit the website of High Court regularly for any further information regarding their roll numbers, Admit cards, examination schedule etc.
10.The High Court reserves the right to change any other term of advertisement or to rectify the inadvertent or technical error at any stage.
