Department of Higher Education Himachal Pradesh is going to fill-up 02 backlog posts of JOA (IT) on contract basis and 02 backlog Posts of clerk on contract basis reserved for Persons with Disabilities. The detail of reserved posts are as under:-

1. Name of posts :-JOA(IT) on contract basis

Category for which the posts are reserved :-Hearing Impaired

Education Qualification:- The minimum Educational and other qualifications for the posts of JOA(IT) should be as under:-

(i) Should have passed 10+2 Examination from a recognized Board of School Education/University. OR Matriculation from recognized Board of School Education with one/two years Diploma/Certificate from an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Information Technology (IT) & Information Technology Enabled Sectors(ITES) as notified by Director General of Employment & Training(Govt. of India) from time to time or three years Diploma in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/IT from a Polytechnic as approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

(ii)Computer typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi.

2. Name of posts :-Clerk on contract basis

Category for which the posts are reserved :-Hearing Impaired

No. of Posts:- 02

Education Qualification:- The minimum Educational and other qualifications for the posts of Clerk should be as under:-

(i) Should have passed 10+2 Examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/University.

(ii) Should possess a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English typewriting or 25 words per minute in Hindi typewriting on Computer.

The age of applying for the above posts should be 18 to 45 year.
Eligible candidate can apply to Director Higher Education Himachal Pradesh Lalpani Shimla-171001 on plain paper by showing his/her Bio data i.e. Name/Father Name/ Permanent Address/Educational Qualification (10th onwards)/Professional Qualification/Disability certificate/ Category to which belong/Himachali Bonafide certificate etc. Photocopies of all the relevant documents/qualifications certificates etc. duly self attested should be enclosed with the application. The applications should reach in the Directorate of Higher Education on or before 04.06.2022 Incomplete/ vague applications should not be entertained by the Department. However, relaxation in upper age limited should be given as per Rules. Dates for verification of documents and typing test will be given to eligible candidates separately. Note: (a) Applicants less than 40% disabled are not eligible for the said posts. (b) Applicant applying to the posts of JOA (IT) and clerk i.e. to both post should apply separately to each post.

उच्च शिक्षा विभाग हिमाचल प्रदेश अनुबंध के आधार पर जेओए (आईटी) के 02 बैकलॉग पदों और विकलांग व्यक्तियों के लिए आरक्षित अनुबंध के आधार पर क्लर्क के 02 बैकलॉग पदों को भरने जा रहा है। आरक्षित पदों का विवरण इस प्रकार है:-

1. पदों का नाम :- जोए (आईटी) अनुबंध के आधार पर

श्रेणी जिसके लिए पद आरक्षित हैं :– श्रवण बाधित

पदों की संख्या:- 02

शैक्षिक योग्यता:- जेओए (आईटी) के पदों के लिए न्यूनतम शैक्षिक और अन्य योग्यताएं निम्नानुसार होनी चाहिए:-

(i) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड ऑफ स्कूल एजुकेशन/विश्वविद्यालय से 10+2 परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए। या रोजगार और प्रशिक्षण महानिदेशक (सरकार) द्वारा अधिसूचित सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी (आईटी) और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी सक्षम क्षेत्रों (आईटीईएस) में एक औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (आईटीआई) से एक / दो साल के डिप्लोमा / प्रमाण पत्र के साथ स्कूल शिक्षा के मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से मैट्रिक। भारत के) समय-समय पर या अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद (एआईसीटीई) द्वारा अनुमोदित पॉलिटेक्निक से कंप्यूटर इंजीनियरिंग / कंप्यूटर विज्ञान / आईटी में तीन साल का डिप्लोमा।

(ii) अंग्रेजी में कंप्यूटर टाइपिंग की गति 30 शब्द प्रति मिनट या हिंदी में 25 शब्द प्रति मिनट।

2. पदों का नाम :- लिपिक संविदा के आधार पर

श्रेणी जिसके लिए पद आरक्षित हैं :- श्रवण बाधित

पदों की संख्या 02

शैक्षिक योग्यता:- क्लर्क के पदों के लिए न्यूनतम शैक्षिक और अन्य योग्यताएं निम्नानुसार होनी चाहिए:-

(i) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड / विश्वविद्यालय से 10 + 2 परीक्षा या इसके समकक्ष उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए।

(ii) अंग्रेजी टाइपराइटिंग में न्यूनतम 30 शब्द प्रति मिनट या कंप्यूटर पर हिंदी टाइपराइटिंग में 25 शब्द प्रति मिनट की न्यूनतम गति होनी चाहिए।

उपरोक्त पदों के लिए आवेदन करने की आयु 18 से 45 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
योग्य उम्मीदवार अपना बायोडाटा अर्थात नाम/पिता का नाम/स्थायी पता/शैक्षिक योग्यता (10वीं से आगे)/व्यावसायिक योग्यता/विकलांगता प्रमाण पत्र/श्रेणी जिससे संबंधित है, दिखाकर सादे कागज पर निदेशक उच्च शिक्षा हिमाचल प्रदेश लालपानी शिमला-171001 को आवेदन कर सकते हैं। /हिमाचली बोनाफाइड प्रमाण पत्र आदि। सभी संबंधित दस्तावेजों / योग्यता प्रमाण पत्र आदि की फोटोकॉपी विधिवत स्वप्रमाणित आवेदन के साथ संलग्न किया जाना चाहिए। आवेदन उच्च शिक्षा निदेशालय में 04.06.2022 को या उससे पहले पहुंच जाने चाहिए, अपूर्ण/अस्पष्ट आवेदनों पर विभाग द्वारा विचार नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। हालांकि, ऊपरी आयु सीमा में नियमानुसार छूट दी जानी चाहिए। योग्य उम्मीदवारों को दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन और टाइपिंग टेस्ट की तिथियां अलग से दी जाएंगी। आवेदक आगे की पूछताछ के लिए उच्च शिक्षा निदेशालय हिमाचल प्रदेश में व्यक्तिगत रूप से या टेलीफोन (फोन नंबर 01772653120-एक्सटेंशन-220) के माध्यम से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

नोट: (ए) 40% से कम विकलांग आवेदक उक्त पदों के लिए पात्र नहीं हैं। (बी) जेओए (आईटी) और क्लर्क यानी दोनों पदों के लिए आवेदन करने वाले आवेदक को प्रत्येक पद के लिए अलग-अलग आवेदन करना चाहिए
