Applications are invited for the engagement of one ConsultantYoung Professionals for State Project Management Unit (SPMU) under Prime Minister Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises Scheme (PMFME) purely on temporary basis, co-terminus with the scheme and without Jany employment obligation:

Remuneration :-Rs.1,00,000 Monthly

Essential Qualification:-PG Degree Diploma in Marketing Management, Agri Marketing, Rural Management with specialization in Marketing, MBA (Marketing). A candidate must have pursued the required PG Degree/ Diploma course as a regular student, candidate with distance learning are not eligible

a) Minimum three years’ experience in sourcing/ marketing of agri/ food products, linking of MSME units with retail chain, branding etc.

Individual Consultant/YPs will be engaged initially on probation for a period of six months for providing high quality services on specific roles and responsibilities. Further continuation will be on the basis of their satisfactory work performance. Their continuation in their respective position beyond the first and subsequent years would be contingent on a satisfactory Annual Performance Review based on clearly defined Key Performance Indicators. Extension beyond two years may be considered the approval (Industries) Department of Industries, Government of Himachal Pradesh. no extension will be given beyond the age of 65 years.
