Unemployment allowance means skill development allowance. This is a type of financial assistance which is for unemployed youth and women by the Himachal government. It has been started by the Himachal State Government itself. The objective of starting this development allowance is to enable the unemployed youth and women of the state to open their own business so that they can get a good income through their business. To fulfill this objective, the Himachal government has started the unemployment development allowance scheme for the youth.
Since the government of Jai Ram Thakur ji has been formed in Himachal, a lot of changes have been made in the HP Kaushal Vikas Bhatta Yojana, such as earlier only 12th pass students could get the benefit of this unemployment allowance, but now this unemployment allowance. 10th pass people can also get the benefit. All the youth of 18 years to 35 years can get the benefit of this scheme. Himachal Pradesh Skill Development Allowance Scheme 2021
Under the Skill Development Allowance 2021 started by the state government, the youth of Himachal Pradesh will be trained by the government to make them skilled for all types of employment so that they can start their ears. The youth doing training will be given 1000 rupees every month by the government to pay the fees. To apply under this scheme, the youth will have to fill the application forum along with the necessary documents and submit it to the department.
Amount to be received under Himachal Pradesh Skill Development
Himachal government will give 1000 rupees for two years to every youth receiving state skill development allowance so that he can take admission in any government institute. If an applicant is disabled, then he will be given up to Rs 1500 every month.
Required eligibility for Himachal Pradesh Skill Development Allowance Scheme
Only a permanent resident of Himachal Pradesh will be eligible for this scheme. For this scheme, the applicant should have passed at least 10th class and his qualifications such as graduation and post-graduation can also apply for this scheme. To take advantage of the scheme, the age of the applicant should not be less than 21 years and not more than 35 years. Only those whose family income is less than 200000 rupees can avail the benefit of the scheme.
