The applications should reach in the office of Senior Veterinary Officer (SVO) of the respective Sub Divisional Veterinary Hospital* where the Pashu Mittra is proposed to be engaged, as per Annexure-D, on or before 31st January 2026 by 3 PM positively. (*Name of the Sub Divisional Veterinary Hospitals (SDVH) to which the application is to be addressed & submitted, is to be selected out of institutions detailed at Annexure-D, column D i.e. SVO ZVH Mandi / SVO SDVH Sundernagar/ SVO SDVH Sarkaghat / SVO SDVH Dharampur /SVO SDVH Gohar/ SVO SDVH Mandi (Rural) / SVO SDVH Joginder Nagar / SVO SDVH Padhar / SVO SDVH Karsog ), The applications received after due date or found incomplete or the applications received in the office of Deputy Director AH/B Mandi or applications addressed to other unrelated Sub-Divisions will be rejected straightway without assigning any reason. • Widow/Divorced/Single Woman: 1.5 marks.
• Single Daughter/Orphan: 1 mark.
• Landless Family: 2 marks.
