HP Secretariat Administration Department Frashcum-Chowkidar-cum-Mali Result 2022
Secretariat Administration Department, in order to fill up 42 posts of Frashcum-Chowkidar-cum-Mali through direct recruitment on daily waged basis had called the applications from the desirous candidates vide advertisement dated 26th March, 2021 which appeared in the Sunday Tribune dated 29th March, 2021. Simultaneously, the Regional Employment Officers/District Employment Officers, HP were also requested to sponsor the names of the eligible/suitable candidates on the prescribed proforma. In response to the advertisement and request made to the Regional Employment Officer/District Employment Officer, 18268 applications/name were received directly as well as from Employment/Sub-Employment exchanges, wherein 18007 applications/names were provisionally admitted and 261 applications/names were found invalid due to wrong application forms/under matric/duplicate forms nonhimachali etc .. In the initial evaluation process, out of the 18007 eligible candidates, following 126 Nos. of meritorious candidates (i.e. 03 times the number of vacancies of each category) has been provisionally shortlisted for selection/documentation process:-
