📄 Required Documents for Counselling
Candidates must bring original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies:
- Copy of Matriculation Certificate
- Copy of 10+2 Certificate
- Copy of GNM Course Certificate (with DMS) / B.Sc Nursing Degree (with DMS)
- Certificate of Category and Sub-Category
- Certificate of Ward of Ex-Servicemen / Discharge Book of Ex-Servicemen
- Renewed / Updated Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
- Renewed / Updated HPNRC Certificate along with Registration Number
- Valid Character Certificate from Executive Magistrate
- Bonafide Himachali Certificate
⚠️ Important Instructions
- Candidates who are registered with Employment Exchange in Himachal Pradesh or HPNRC and fall under the mentioned category can appear for counselling even if they have not received a separate call letter.
- If any required document is not produced in original, the candidate will not be admitted for the Staff Nurse post.
- Failure to meet eligibility conditions will result in cancellation of candidature.
