इच्छुक उम्मीदवार अपने बायोडाटा के साथ (1) फोटो प्रमाण प्रूफ (ii) जन्म तिथि का प्रमाण पत्र (iii) हिमाचली बोनाफाइड प्रमाण पत्र (iv) | शैक्षिक योग्यता प्रमाण पत्र (v) किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त प्राधिकारी से जारी वैध श्रेणी (S.C./S.T./OBC/ BPLIEWS/IRDP) प्रमाण पत्र (vi) डिमाड ड्राफ्ट इस विज्ञापन के प्रकाशन के 15 दिनों के भीतर हिमाचल प्रदेश वक्फ बोर्ड, हरि आश्रम, लोअर चक्कर शिमला-5 के कार्यालय में जमा करा सकते हैं, जिसमें लिफाफे पर स्पष्ट रूप से उस पद का उल्लेख किया गया हो जिसके लिए आवेदन किया गया है। नियत तिथि के बाद प्राप्त आवेदन या अपूर्ण पाए जाने पर बिना कोई कारण बताए सीधे खारिज कर दिया जाएगा। किसी कारण से आवेदन प्राप्त होने में देरी के लिए | बोर्ड जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। आवेदन शुल्क 500/- होगा। डिमांड ड्राफ्ट मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी हिमाचल प्रदेश वक्फ बोर्ड शिमला के नाम से तैयार किया जा सकता है। चयन प्रक्रिया का आधार शैक्षणिक योग्यता में मेरिट (वेटेज 70%), सामाजिक आर्थिक पिछड़ापन (वेटेज 10%), व्यक्तिगत परीक्षण (वेटेज 20%) व्यक्तिगत परीक्षण के दौरान आवेदक का मूल्यांकन का आधार (1) योग्यता और काम के प्रति दृष्टिकोण (ii) सामाजिक चेतना और सामाजिक मुद्दों के प्रति संवेदनशीलता (iii) भाषाई योग्यता और संचार कौशल (iv) संबंधित संस्था, अल्पसंख्यक मामलों से संबंधित अधिनियमों और नियमों के बारे में जानकारी (v) नैतिकता, अखंडता और नैतिक मूल्य के आधार पर परखा जाएगा। क्लर्क/जेओए (आईटी) के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को टाइपिंग टेस्ट पास करना होगा। चयनित उम्मीदवारों को सरकार/पंजीकृत चिकित्सा व्यवसायी से अपनी फिटनेस का प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा। कार्य/आचरण संतोषजनक नहीं पए जाने पर | नियुक्ति समाप्त की जा सकती है। नियुक्त व्यक्ति प्रचलित संविदात्मक राशि के न्यूनतम 3% की दर से संविदात्मक राशि में वार्षिक वृद्धि का हकदार होगा और कोई अन्य लाभ नहीं दिया जाएगा। नियुक्त व्यक्ति एक माह की सेवा पूरी करने के बाद एक दिन के आकस्मिक अवकाश का हकदार होगा। अप्रयुक्त अवकाश को अगले कैलेंडर वर्ष के लिए अग्रनीत नहीं किया जाएगा। नियंत्रक अधिकारी के अनुमोदन के बिना कर्तव्य से अनाधिकृत अनुपस्थिति स्वतः ही अनुबंध की समाप्ति की ओर ले जाएगी। हालांकि आसाधारण मामलों में जहां चिकित्सा आधार पर | ड्यूटी से अनधिकृत अनुपस्थिति की परिस्थितयां उसके नियंत्रण से बाहर थीं, ऐसी अवधि को नियमित करने के लिए उसके मामले पर विचार करते समय बाहर नहीं किया जाएगा, लेकिन पदधारी को नियंत्रक प्राधिकारी को इस संबंध में समय रहते सूचित करना होगा। तथापि, संविदा पर नियुक्त व्यक्ति कर्तव्य से अनुपस्थिति की इस अवधि के लिए संविदात्मक राशि का हकदार नहीं होगा। नियुक्ति के स्थान पर तीन वर्ष का कार्यकाल पूरा करने वाला नियुक्ति प्रशासनिक आधार पर आवश्यकता के आधार पर स्थानांतरण के लिए पात्र होगा। यदि नियुक्त व्यक्ति अपने अधिकारिक कर्त्तव्यों के संबंध में दौरे पर जाने के लिए आवश्यक हो तो न्यूनतम वेतनमान पर नियमित समकक्ष अधिकारियों के लिए लागू दर पर टीए/डीए का हकदार होगा। नियुक्त व्यक्ति को शपथ पत्र के रूप में उपरोक्त नियमों और शर्तों के संबंध में अपनी सहमति प्रस्तुत करनी होगी।

Candidates applying for Clerk/JOA (IT) will have to clear the Typing Test. Selected candidates will have to produce their fitness certificate from Govt./Registered Medical Practitioner. The appointee will be entitled to an annual increase in the contractual amount at the rate of minimum 3% of the prevailing contractual amount and no other benefit will be given. The appointee shall be entitled for one day casual leave after completing one month’s service. Unused leave will not be carried forward to the next calendar year. Unauthorized absence from duty without the approval of the controlling officer will automatically lead to termination of the contract. However in exceptional cases where on medical grounds. Circumstances of unauthorized absence from duty were beyond his control, such period would not be excluded while considering his case for regularization, but the incumbent would have to inform the controlling authority in this regard in time. However, the contract appointee will not be entitled to contractual amount for this period of absence from duty.
