HPNLU Shimla Vice-Chancellor Recruitment 2024:-Applications are invited for the post of Vice-Chancellor of HPNLU, Shimla. The Applicant should be an accomplished academician and an outstanding scholar in Law with a minimum of ten years of experience as Professor of Law in a University or an eminent jurist. He/She should possess the highest level of competence, integrity, morals, and institutional commitment to be appointed as the Vice-Chancellor. He/She shall be a whole time-salaried officer of the University. The term of office of the Vice-Chancellor shall be five years from the date on which He/She enters office, or until He/She attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier. The emoluments and other conditions of service of the Vice-Chancellor shall be as prescribed by the Regulations of the University. Completed applications/nominations/self-nomination should be submitted by email at [email protected] or hardcopy should be sent by speed post addressed to “The Chairman c/o Secretary Search Committee, Himachal Pradesh National Law University 16 Miles, Shimla-Mandi National Highway, Ghandal, District Shimla, Shimla (HP)- 171014” on or before 29th February, 2023 . Application/ nominations/self-nomination shall be duly super-scribed on the envelope “Applications for the post of Vice-Chancellor”.
