Age Limit
Candidates must be 45 years or below as on 01 January 2026.
Age relaxation will be applicable as per Himachal Pradesh Government rules for SC, ST, OBC, Persons with Disabilities, Freedom Fighter categories, Ex-Servicemen, and eligible government employees.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess a recognized medical qualification along with the required postgraduate or super-speciality degree in the relevant subject. Applicants must also have at least 3 years of teaching experience as Lecturer, Registrar, Demonstrator, or Resident in a recognized Medical College after obtaining the prescribed qualification.

- Other Assistant Professor Posts: ₹37,400 – ₹67,000 + Grade Pay ₹8,900.
