HPPSC Clerk Class-III Result 2020
It is for information of all concerned that in compliance to order dated 07-09-2020 of Hon’ble High Court of HP in CWP No. 2053/2020 titled as Karun Nagar versus State of HP & another and CWP No. 2064/2020 titled as Sudhanshu Verma versus State of HP & others, Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission has today declared the final result for recruitment to 02 posts (General=01 & OBC of HP=01) of Clerk, Class-III (Non-Gazetted) (on Contract basis) in the office of H.P. Public Service Commission. The Press Note issued vide No. 09- 06/2019-PSC (R-IV) dated 15.06.2020 stands modified on the direction of Hon’ble High Court of H.P. in CWP’s referred ibid. The above mentioned postswere advertised vide advt. No. 1/2019 (Item No. III) dated 3rd January, 2019 and as per judgement passed by the Hon’ble High Court of HP, this advertisement is to be treated issued only for two posts of clerk, which were clear cut vacancies.
