Department of MPP & Power, Government of Himachal Pradesh invites the application for the appointment to one no. post of Director (Projects) in Himachal Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited in the Pay Scale/ Band-5 of Rs.37400-67000 having grade pay of Rs.10,000/- with initial start of Rs.54,700/- per month. The duration of appointment to the said post shall be five years or up to the age of 60 years whichever is earlier. The applications from the interested and eligible Indian National for appointment to the said post shall be submitted by 14.03.2022. Any application received after this date shall not be considered.
1. Term:-The period of his appointment will be 5 years or 60 years of age, whichever event occurs earlier. The appointment may however be terminated even during this period by either side on 3 months’ notice or on payment of 3 months’ salary in lieu thereof. After the expiry of the first year, the performance of the incumbent will be reviewed to enable the Government to take a view regarding continuance or otherwise for the balance period of tenure.
2.Eligibility
i)The incumbent shall be a citizen of India.
ii) Age: Minimum of 45 years and maximum 57 years as on 1 January, 2022.
3.Qualification:-The incumbent should be an Engineering graduate in Electrical Mechanical Engineering with good academic records from recognized University/ Institution with at least 25 years post qualification experience. He should preferably have worked in execution/ maintenance operation of transmission line and substation projects for at least 10 years. The candidate with outstanding academic record and adequate experience in the field of planning, Development and Execution of Transmission lines and who has served in the hilly terrain shall be given preference.
4.Pay Rs.37400-67000/- + GPRS. 10000/-(Initial pay of Rs.54700/-) officers of Central & State Govt CPSUS & PSUS and Boards & Corporation of the State Government, if selected for the above post. their salaries shall be fixed under F.R 22 read with decision No. 28 or further any instructions issued by Finance department of H.P Government.
