HPRCA Joa IT Post Code 1000 Final Result 2025

Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog today declared the final result for the recruitment of 01 post (Gen (UR)-01) of JUNIOR OFFICE ASSISTANT (IT) (on contract basis), POST CODE-1000, was received from the Registrar, Technical University, Hamirpur and advertised vide advertisement No. 38-2/2022 dated 24.05.2022. In response to this advertisement, 22243 applications were received out of which 10386 applications were provisionally admitted for written objective type screening test. The Written Objective Type Screening Test was held on 09.10.2022 in which 3883 candidates appeared and 6503 candidates remained absent. Based on the performance in the Written Objective Type Screening Test of 100 marks, 10 candidates in the ratio of 1:10 were called for typing skill test conducted on 20.12.2024 in which 10 candidates appeared and all the candidates have qualified the typing skill test. Further, on the performance in the typing skill test and on the basis of merit of written objective type screening test, 04 candidates have been shortlisted for document verification process, which was conducted on 26.12.2024. Out of 04 candidates 01 (one) candidate bearing Roll No. 1000003261 remained absent and candidature of 02 (Two) candidates bearing Roll No. 1000000261 and 1000002222 rejected by the Aayog. The candidate bearing the following Roll Number has been declared successful:-

H.P. Rajya Chayan Aayog, Hamirpur today declared the result of Typing Skill Test conducted on 20.12.2022 for the recruitment of 01 post of Gen. (UR) category of Junior Office Assistant (IT) Post Code-1000, which was advertised vide advertisement 38-2/2022 dated 24.05.2022 is hereby notified for further selection process i.e. document verification process. On the basis of the merit of Written Objective Type Screening Test held on 09.10.2022, 10 candidates were called in the ratio of 1:10 for Typing Skill Test which was conducted on 20.12.2022. All the candidates appeared in the typing skill test and all of them have qualified the typing skill test in English or Hindi. Further out of 10 qualified candidates, 04 candidates (in the ratio of 1:4) bearing the following Roll Numbers in their respective categories have been shortlisted on the basis of merit of written objective type screening test for further selection process i.e. document verification process:-‘

The result is also available on the official web site of the HPRCA, Hamirpur. (http://www.hpsssb.hp.gov.in). While every care has been taken in preparing the result, possibility of inadvertent error cannot be ruled out. The Aayog reserves the right to rectify the same later on. Document verification process with respect to the successful candidates will be 126th Dec conducted on December, 2024 in the premises of HPSSC, Hamirpur at 10:00 AM.
