HPRCA Recruitment 2026 Notification Out – 300+ Posts | Apply Online at hprca.hp.gov.in

The Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog (HPRCA), Hamirpur has released Advertisement No. 04/2026 dated 28.02.2026 inviting online applications for various posts under different departments of the Government of Himachal Pradesh. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official portal before the closing date.

• Start Date for Online Application: 10 March 2026 (10:00 AM)
• Last Date to Apply Online: 04 April 2026 (11:59 PM)
• Mode of Application: Online Only (No Offline Forms Accepted)

Age Limit (As on 01.01.2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 45 Years
• For Audiometric Technician & Speech Therapist: 18–38 Years
• Age relaxation applicable as per Government of HP rules for reserved categories.

Application Process

• Candidates must register on the One Time Registration (OTR) portal before filling the Online Recruitment Application (ORA).
• Applications will be accepted only through online mode.
• No other mode of payment except online will be accepted.
• Candidates must upload scanned photograph and signature as per prescribed format.

Selection Process

• Computer Based Test (CBT) / Written Screening Test
• 120 Multiple Choice Questions
• Total Marks: 120
• Duration: 1.5 Hours
• Typing Test (Mandatory for Panchayat Secretary – Qualifying Nature)
• Skill Test (Where Applicable)
• Document Verification

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

• General Category: 45%
• SC/ST/OBC: 40%

Essential Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
• Minimum 30 WPM typing speed in English OR 25 WPM in Hindi on computer.
• Knowledge of word processing on computer.

Medical Social Worker (Post Code 26006) – 02 Posts

Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Social Science or Sociology.

Psychiatric Social Worker (Post Code 26007) – 05 Posts

Qualification: Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work.

Pharmacist / Pharmacy Officer (Post Code 26010) – 04 Posts

Qualification: 10+2 with Science and Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy with registration.

Speech Therapist (Post Code 26011) – 03 Posts

Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Speech & Hearing.

Senior Laboratory Technician / MLT Gr-II (Post Code 26012) – 10 Posts

Qualification: 10+2 with Science and B.Sc. MLT with registration.

Audiometric Technician (Post Code 26013) – 01 Post

Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Speech & Hearing.

Department of Health Services, HP

Operation Theatre Assistant (Post Code 26008) – 176 Posts (Combined)

Qualification: 10+2 with Science and OTA Training / B.Sc. Medical Technology with registration.

Radiographer (Post Code 26009) – 10 Posts

Qualification: 10+2 with Science and B.Sc. Medical Imaging / Radiology with registration.

Department of Printing & Stationary

Litho Artist (Post Code 26014) – 01 Post

Qualification: 10+2 and Diploma in Fine Arts with 3 years experience.

Important Instructions

• Eligibility will be determined as on the closing date of application.
• Reserved category candidates of other states will be treated as General category.
• Waiting panel will remain valid for one year.
• Final selection will be based on merit and availability of posts.
