Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission invited the applications for the recruitment of 01 post of Gen (UR) category of Advertisement Designer (On contract basis) Post Code: 859 which was advertised by this Commission vide advertisement No. 36-4/2020 dated 19.11.2020 in pursuance of requisition received from the Director, Information & Public Relations, HP Shimla-2. The written objective type screening test was held on 03.02.2021 in which 854 candidates appeared and 541 candidates remained absent. Further, 93 candidates appeared in the written objective type screening test and 448 candidates remained absent. The result of screening test was declared on 24.09.2021 in which 10 candidates were provisionally shortlisted for Practical Skill Test of Graphic Design Programs which was conducted on 12.10.2021. All the 10 candidates appeared in the test out of which 08 candidates qualified Practical Skill Test of Graphic Design Programs. Further, on the basis of merit of written objective test , 04 candidates were shortlisted for the further evaluation process of 15 marks conducted on 11.02.2022 which was attended by all the 04 candidates, After evaluation process, none of the candidate was found eligible in terms of R&P Rules and advertisement and kept out of further selection process by the Commission. Accordingly 01 post of Gen (UR) category of Advertisement Designer Post Code: 859 remained vacant due to non availability of suitable candidates. The result is also available on the official website of the HPSSC, Hamirpur. (http://www.hpsssb.hp.gov.in). While every care has been taken in preparing the result, possibility of inadvertent/technical error cannot be ruled out.
