Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission today declared the final result for the recruitment of 01 post of {Gen (UR) category} of Developer (On contract basis) ( Post Code: 983). The requisition to fill up this post was received from the Controller, Printing & Stationery Department, HP, Shimla-5 which was advertised vide advertisement No. 38-2/2022 dated 24.05.2022. In response to this advertisement, total 196 applications were received out of which 184 applications have been rejected due to non receipt of fee and other than advertised categories and 12 applications was admitted provisionally. Keeping in view the lesser number of applicants viz-a-viz number of posts, the candidates were called directly for 15 marks evaluation process as per the decision of Commission at N-16 of the main file which was conducted on 21.09.2022. 10 candidates bearing roll numbers 983000001, 983000002, 983000004, 983000005, 983000006, 983000007, 983000009, 983000010, 983000011 & 983000012 remained absent in the evaluation process. 02 candidates bearing roll numbers 983000003 & 983000008 were found ineligible as per R&P Rules and rejected by the Commission due to non fulfillment of Essential Qualifications. Accordingly 01 advertised post remained vacant due to non availability of suitable candidates. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, possibility of inadvertent/technical error cannot be ruled out. The Commission reserves the right to rectify the same later on.
