Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission invited the applications for the recruitment of 06 posts of Gen (Sports) category of Laboratory Assistant (On contract basis) Post Code: 908 which were advertised by this Commission vide advertisement No. 37-1/2021 dated 08.04.2021 in pursuance of requisition received from the Director Health Services, HP, Shimla-9. In response to this advertisement, total 2765 applications were received, out of which 2753 applications were rejected due to non receipt of fee and other than advertised categories (approved at N-28 of main file). Remaining 12 candidates were called for 15 marks evaluation directly by dispending with the written test due to lesser number of candidates viza-viz number of posts in terms of advertisement on 13.08.2021. Out of 12 candidates only 05 candidates attended the evaluation. After the scrutiny of the documents of these candidates, none of the candidate was found eligible in terms of R&P Rules and advertisement. Accordingly 06 post of Gen (Sports) category of Laboratory Assistant Post Code: 908 remained vacant due to non availability of suitable candidates.
