The requisitioning authority i.e. DC office Shimla may be informed to take further necessary action as per the directions issued by the Hon’ble High Court in CWP No. 734/18 on dated 13.05.2022 r/w Govt. clarification dated 21.06.2022 While every care has been taken in preparing the result, possibility of inadvertent/technical error cannot be ruled out. The Commission reserves the right to rectify the same later on
