Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission today declared the final result for the recruitment of 33 posts {Gen (UR)-18, Gen (WFF)-01, OBC (UR)-06, SC (UR)-07 & ST(UR)-01} of Steno Typist (on contract basis) Post Code: 786, the requisitions to fill up these posts were received from the Director General of Police, HP Shimla-9 and the Commissioner, Labour & Employment, HP, Shimla-1 and advertised vide advertisement No. 36-1/2020 dated 02.03.2020 and addendum dated 22.07.2020. In response to this advertisement, 6512 applications were received out of which 5404 applications were provisionally admitted for written objective type screening test. The Written Objective Type Screening Test was held on 08.08.2021 in which 2269 candidates appeared and 3135 candidates remained absent. Based on the performance in the Written Objective Type Screening Test held on 08.08.2021, Skill Tests (Shorthand & Typing) conducted w.e.f. 27th December, 2021 to 1 st January, 2022 & 3rd January, 2022 to 5th January, 2022 and further evaluation conducted on 04.06.2022. the Commission has compiled the result of 08 posts of Steno Typist (on contract basis) Post Code: 786. The candidates bearing following Roll Numbers have been declared successful;
The marks secured by the successful candidates and departments allotted to them have also been shown against their roll numbers. The result is also available on the official website of the HPSSC, Hamirpur. (http://www.hpsssb.hp.gov.in). 03 posts {OBC (UR)-02 & SC(UR)=01} remained vacant due to non availability of candidates. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, possibility of inadvertent/technical error cannot be ruled out. The Commission reserves the right to rectify the same later on.
