HPU B.Ed Counselling Schedule 2024 :-The result of the HPU B.Ed Entrance Examination has been declared. The HPU B.Ed exam was conducted on June 20, 2024, across the state. The result will be released on July 08, 2024, on the official website https://nexams.hpushimla.in/. Students who appeared in the exam can check their results using their roll number and registration number. The entrance exam was conducted in one shift at various centers across the state.

Himachal Pradesh University Shimla conducted the HPU B.ed 2024 Examination to facilitate admissions into B.Ed courses. Many applicants successfully qualified the exam by scoring above the qualifying marks. Now, these candidates are eligible to participate in the HPU B.Ed Counselling 2024.

HPU B.Ed Counselling Process 2024

Candidates who qualify based on the cut-off marks list can participate in the HPU B.Ed Counselling for admission. Here’s a detailed process for candidates interested in registering for counselling:

• Go To HPU Admission Official Website i.e. https://nexams.hpushimla.in/
• Click On Login
• Fill Registration No. & Password
• Selection of Colleges as per candidate preferences from candidate login onhttps://nadmissions.hpushimla.in/(5 Preferences)
• Submit Online Counselling Application Form

Important Date HPU B.Ed Counselling 2024

Candidates who are eligible to apply in 1 st round of HPU B.Ed. online counselling:-

• Candidates who had appeared in the entrance test and were assigned with a merit rank. Merit rank is only assigned to candidates who have scored marks equal to or greater than 53 for General category, or to candidates who scored marks equal to or greater than 45 for SC, ST, OBC, physically handicapped.
• Candidates (General Category) with at least 50.00 percent marks or 5.01 if CGPA or Grade B if in letter Grade in the Bachelor’s Degree (Medical/Non-Medical/Commerce/Arts) and/or in the Master’s Degree in the Sciences/Social Sciences /Humanities/ Commerce, Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55.00 percent or 5.51 if CGPA or Grade B+ if in letter Grade or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible for applying in 1st Round of B.Ed. Online Counselling
• Candidates at least with 45.00 percent or 4.51 if CGPA if in the letter Grade in case of SC/ ST/ OBC/ Physically handicapped categories in the aforesaid Bachelor’s Degree (Medical/Non-Medical/Commerce/Arts) /Master’s Degree in the Sciences/Social Sciences /Humanities/ Commerce and 50.00 percent marks or 5.01 if CGPA or Grade B for Bachelor’s in Engineering or technology from a recognized University are eligible for applying in 1st Round of B.Ed. Online Counselling.
• Candidates who haven’t appeared in the entrance examination.
• Candidates who were not assigned a merit rank. Merit rank is only assigned to the candidates who have scored marks equal to or greater than 53 for general category, or to candidates who scored marks equal to or greater than 45 for SC, ST, OBC, physically handicapped.
• Candidates who’ve not scored more than 50.00 percent in UG/PG Degree for General Category Candidates and 45.00 percent for SC, ST, OBC, physically handicapped
