ICAR CPRI Shimla Research Associate & SRF Recruitment 2024:-Seven (07) posts of Research Associate and ten (10) posts of Senior Research Fellow purely on contractual basis under the time bound project are to be filled up on priority basis. Guidelines for conducting in person interview owing to prevailing COVID – 19 pandemic are already in public domain. Detailed requirements such as qualification / experience / age and other terms & conditions etc. is also being placed on CPRI website. The interested and eligible candidates may download the prescribed proforma and submit to the Asstt. Admn. Officer (Establishment), CPRI, Shimla-171001 (HP), along with all its enclosures in-person, by post OR through e-mail: [email protected] on or before 24.01.2024. Copies of the provisional/original certificates/degree of qualifications (from 10th onwards), and experience certificates (if any) are mandatory with the application. In absence of Certificates / Degree (Provisional / Original), applications will not be considered at any level.

OR With Master’s degree holders: Master’s degree in the relevant subject (as mentioned above) with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1s division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least three years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate ship/ Training / other engagements as circulated vide F. No.2-9/12-HRD dated 25.04.2014 and one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI)/ NAAS rated (≥4.0) Journal as per OM SR/S9/2-09/2018 of DST dated 30.1.2019. Desirable Qualifications : Experience in genome editing/ genetic transformation of plants. OR Experience in gene cloning and expression analysis. OR Experience in structural & Functional genomics. OR Experience in plant tissue culture/ Protoplast isolation and handling. |

Edn./6/27/2014-HRD, dated 9th October, 2015 of the Council and OM SR/S9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30th January 2019). Interested and eligible candidates may download the prescribed proforma of application from Institute website (https://cpri.icar.gov.in) and submit application along with all enclosures { i.e. self attested copies of: 1) educational qualification from 10* onwards, 2) copies of relevant experience, 3) publications, 4) copy of residential proof & identity proof (preferably Aadhar Card etc.)} to the Asstt. Admn. Officer (Establishment), ICAR-CPRI, Shimla by post / in-person or on e-mail ID : [email protected] on or before 24.01.2024. In absence of Certificates / Degree (Provisional / Original), applications will not be considered at any level. The candidate appearing for interview must bring all the original certificates with them and only those candidates possessing essential qualification as per the advertisement will be interviewed. The Director, CPRI, Shimla reserves the right to either fill up the post or cancel the interview without assigning any reasons thereof. No TA/DA will be given by the Institute to candidates. The Institute is located at Bemloe which is about 2 kms from Main Bus stand (Old) / 3 kms. from the Railway Station and about 5 Kms. from ISBT (Tutikandi), Shimla.
