Total No. Of Posts:-05 (Five) (Gen-02) (OBC-02) (SC-01) (purely on contractual Basis)
Mode Of Recruitment :- (NHTET/Ph. D followed by Practical Skill Test & Teaching Skill Test)
Age Limit:-Not exceeding 30 years as on 05/08/2022 Upper age limit is Relaxable upto 5 years in case of SC and as Specified by Govt. of India from time to time.
Salary:-Consolidated Rs 25000/ per month (on contract basis)
Essential Qualification:- Full time Master’s Degree in Hospitality/ Hotel Administration /Hotel Management / Culinary Art securing not less than 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute after a full time degree (of minimum of 3 years duration) in Hospitality/ Hotel Administration/ Hotel Management / Culinary Art, securing not less than 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute and should have qualified NHTET with prescribed percentage, conducted by NCHMCT. OR Full time Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma of minimum 3-year duration for which minimum pre-requisite qualification is 12th as framed by regulator /university in Hospitality/ Hotel Administration / Hotel Management / Culinary Art from a recognized University / Institute securing not less than 55% marks in aggregate and at least 2 years of hospitality industry experience and also should have qualified NHTET with prescribed percentage, conducted by NCHMCT.

Interested candidates who fulfill the prescribed conditions may send their applications on the prescribed format to the Principal, Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition, Kufri Shimla -12, by 05/08/2022 (Friday) up to 05:00PM. Prescribed application form can also be downloaded from Institute’s website: www.ihmshimla.org and may be sent by speed post with complete bio- data along with recent passport size photograph and attested copies of certificates. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the selection process without assigning any reason. The Institute will not be responsible for any postal delay. NO TA/DA WOULD BE PAID TO THE CANDIDATES FOR APPEARING IN SKILL TESTS INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE REJECTED.
