The Institute is looking for a Director, who will be the Chief Executive Officer and provide academic and https://himexam.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Madhya-Pradesh-MP-PEB-Group-2-Sub-Group-4-Various-Post-Answer-Key-2021.jpgistrative leadership to the Institute. He/She should be passionate about institution building. The candidate should be innovative with the ability to provide diverse academic programs.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
i. The applicant shall be a distinguished academic with a Ph.D. or equivalent having at least fifteen years teaching or research experience and shall have worked as a full Professor at a reputed institution for at least seven years OR Alternatively, the applicant shall have industry experience of at least 15 years, including holding senior level responsibilities for at least seven years.
ii. Age of the applicant shall not be more than sixty years as on 1st January 2021.
iii. Experience shall be reckoned as on the last date for receipt of applications.
iv. The applicant shall be an Indian Citizen or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI).

• Strong academic credentials from an educational institution or business school of repute

• A good track record of accomplishments in academics, including high quality research publications in reputed journals

• Tech savvy and appreciative of use of technology in education
• Experience in managing financial matters and maintaining standards of good governance
• Well networked with a strong industry-connect
• Ability to form strategic partnerships for the advancement of the institute
• Candidates coming from an industry experience should have reasonable exposure to teaching as an adjunct faculty.
SELECTION PROCESS:
The Search-Cum-Selection Committee (ScSC) constituted by the Board will consider applications received in response to this advertisement as well as the candidature of those received on nomination or search basis, fulfilling the above criteria. The ScSC will then have an interaction with the shortlisted candidates. Appointment shall be in accordance with the IIM Act 2017 and IIM Rules 2018.
