Position: Project entitled “Development of Perovskite/Organic Solar Cell Technology to Harvest Wide Range of Solar/Indoor Light Spectrum” at IIT Mandi, with salary maximum upto Rs. 15,000/- to 40,000/- per month consolidated. (On subject to qualification and experience)
Fellowship/Salary: The selected candidate will be appointed as Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Project Associate-I for above project sponsored project in the School of Computing and Electrical Engineering, IIT Mandi.
Duration: The appointment will be made initially for a period of 1 Year, further extension based on the performance/project extension/extend. Additional information: *** Deserving candidate may have the opportunity to join MS or Ph.D. at IIT Mandi as fulltime/part time on the subject to fulfilling eligibility criteria and satisfactory performance as per Institute norms.
Essential Educational Qualification:
- Potential candidates should have B.Tech ECE/ EE/Instrumentation or MS or M. Tech. in Electronics Science/Physics/Material Science (with valid NET or GATE score preferable) or equivalent degree with 70% marks.
- Desirable Qualification:-
- Good knowledge in solid-state device physics.
- Experimental hand on thin film preparation and device fabrications.
- Knowledge on solar cells, photodetectors and LEDs desirable.
- Knowledge on programming languages such as MATLAB or C++ also required (but not compulsory).
