Online applications are invited for temporary post of Project Associate-I (One Position) to work on an IIT Mandi project.
.Description of the Project: The project is about the installation and maintenance of the IT services.
Consolidated Emolument: Rs. 15,000-30,000 per month
Eligibility:
1. B.Tech/ M.Sc./M.C.A. or Equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
2. Knowledge of C# programming and MSSQL database is desirable.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job responsibilities: Software Technical Support
1. Ticket logging, assigning and tracking of issues for closure.
2. Providing software support / queries resolution to the users over phone /emails.
3. Debugging and Analysing issues reported.
4. Preparing reports and help documents.
5. Providing training to the users as and when required.
6. Should have the basic knowledge of C# programming and MSSQL database.
The selection committee may fix higher criteria for short-listing of eligible candidates from those satisfying advertised qualification and requirement of the project post. Only shortlisted candidates would be intimated for telephonic / skype call interview via email. Terms and conditions:
1. The posts listed above are purely temporary positions on contract basis for a year or till the duration of project or whichever is earlier. The extension beyond one year may be given on the basis of performance provided the project is running.
2. Original certificate(s) must be shown at the time of joining.
3. If found, that the candidate is not progressing as desired, the PI has the complete authority to expel the appointee at any time.
