Applications are invited from the citizens of India for filling up the following temporary position for the sponsored project sanctioned by DST. The requisite qualification and experience etc. are given below. Project Title: Livelihood generation and improvement for women entrepreneurs in small scale fruits and vegetable farming and post-harvesting management.
Positions: 01 Project Associate and 01 Project Assistant
Salary: Project Associate @ 31,000/- PM(Consolidated) Project Assistant @ Rs.22,000/- P.M.(Consolidated)
Qualifications: Project Associate: MTech or MS or MSc in Food Technology/Chemical engineering Project Assistant: BSc Agriculture/BSc with Diploma in food technology
Duration: The initial appointment will be for a period of one year and can be extended up to the duration of the project subject to the performance of the candidate.

• The investigators have the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview on the basis of qualifications and experience.
• Original certificate must be shown at the time of the interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid to the applicant.
• The nature of the post is purely temporary (on contract basis).
• If the candidate satisfies IIT Mandi criteria for applying PhD/MS, this project supports that as per the institute guidelines subject to availability
