Important Notice For HP Allied Service Exam

The Tribune” & “Divya Himachal” on 31-12-2023 notifying various vacancies of different department (s) to be filled up through Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Allied Services/Posts Examination-2023. It is notified for the information of all concerned that 05 posts (UR-03,UR WFF-01& SC of HP-01) of Election Kanungo has been withdrawn by the Government (in the Department of Election) vide letter No. 5-15/2014-ELN-loose-632 dated 18th June, 2025. Now, only 10 posts (UR-06, SC of H.P.-02 &EWS of H.P. 02) of Election Kanungo (trainee) will be filled up through Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Allied Services /Posts Examination-2023. Further, the word “contractual basis” wherever appeared in the advertisement as well as subsequent addendums issued thereof shall be read “as trainee” in accordance with the instructions issued by the Government (in the Department of Personnel) vide letter No. PER (AP)-C-B (15)-3/2024 -loose dated 14th May, 2025.
