It is for information of all concerned that the candidates with following Roll Nos. are hereby directed to submit requisite documents in support of their eligibility for the post of Junior Officer (Supervisory Trainee Environment) At S-O Level post code- 840 ( on contract basis) in the Director (Personnel) HP Power Corporation Limited, Shimla-9 as per essential qualification(s) mentioned in the advertisement:-

The requisite documents must be submitted through e-mail ([email protected]) within 07 days positively from the date of issuance of this notice, i.e. up to 1 st December,2021, failing which their candidature will be rejected finally and no further representation(s) will be accepted against final rejection. Accordingly, all the above mentioned candidates are also being informed through SMSes on their Mobile Nos., respectively provided by them. Attested or self attested copies of following documents are required to be submitted by the above mentioned candidates:- Full Time Master degree in Environment Science/Environment/Forestry/ Wild Life/Natural Resource Management/Wood Sciences/Forest Management/Environmental Planning/Ecology from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks. Note: – 1) A candidate shall be eligible for appointment of this post, if, he/she has passed Matriculation & 10+2, as the case may be from the School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachali.

2) Relaxation in 5% marks in case of SC/ST/internal (HPPCL) candidate. Relaxation of 2% in qualification be given in respect of all those candidates who have successfully completed Apprenticeship Training in HPPCL. (i) Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribe/EWS/ latest Other Backward Classes certificates on the prescribed Performa. The S.C/S.T/OBC certificate should be based on parental basis.

(v) Bonafide Himachali certificate.

(vi) Candidates applying under EWS category will have to submit Income & Asset Certificate’ and those applying under BPL category will have to submit the valid BPL Certificate countersigned by B.D.O alongwith ‘Non-SC/ST/OBC Certificate’ issued by the competent authority on the format prescribed by GoHP vide letter No. PER(AP)-C-B(12)-1/2019 dated 11th June,2019.

(vii) Persons with disabilities of HP (Low vision) (having not less than 40% disability), will have to submit Disability Certificate thereof. 2 (viii) Any other certificates of your academic qualifications etc. in support of your eligibility for the post(s) as required in the Commission’s Advertisement No. 36-3/2020 dated 21.09.2020.
