It is for information of all concerned that the following candidates, who have been admitted provisionally in the selection process for the post of Ophthalmic Officer (Sports) (Post Code-909) are required to submit the requisite documents in support of their eligibility as per essential qualification (s) mentioned in the advertisement:-
The requisite documents must be submitted through e-mail ([email protected]) OR in person within 07 days positively from the date of issuance of this notice i.e. up to 31-07-2021 failing which their candidature will be cancelled and no further representation (s) will be accepted. Accordingly, all the above mentioned candidates are also being informed through SMS on their respective Mobile numbers as provided by them in the online recruitment application Detail of Documents to be submitted:
1) Certificate of 10+2 (with Science) Examination or its equivalent from a recognized University/ Board.
2) Two year’s duration certificate of training in Ophthalmic Assistantship or its equivalent from an Institution duly recognized by the Central/ HP Government. OR B.Sc. Degree in Ophthalmology from Himachal Pradesh University or equivalent Degree recognized by the HP Government. A candidate shall be eligible for appointment for Class-lll post(s), if he/she has passed Matriculation and 10+2 examination from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided that this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.
