IOB Security Guard Recruitment 2026 Eligibility
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10th standard. Candidates who have passed Graduation are not eligible for this recruitment.

IOB Security Guard Selection Process 2026
The selection process for IOB Security Guard Recruitment 2026 includes the following stages:

- Local Language Test – Tamil
- Physical Fitness Test

IOB Security Guard Physical Fitness Test
Candidates who qualify in the Online Test and Local Language Test will be called for the Physical Fitness Test. The test will be conducted in Chennai.
The Physical Fitness Test will carry a total of 100 marks. Candidates need to secure at least 65 marks to qualify.

IOB Security Guard Salary 2026
Selected candidates will be appointed in the Subordinate Staff Cadre. The salary will be paid according to the 12th Bipartite Settlement. The pay scale mentioned for the post is ₹19,500 to ₹37,815.
